The hotel is obviously new. There is a convenient store downstairs the hotel but it’s not well kept and things are stored almost infront of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, typical breakfast but not much variety. The dining room is however well kept and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom needs to be properly washed as evidence of grease could be seen. We stayed 2 nights and even though we did placed on our door that they should make up the room, they only gave clean towels and water. The trash wasn’t disposed of or beds weren’t made. The hotel is not too far but not too near to the sightseeing locations. It was overall ok other than minor issues

The stay was very good, the room very clean, the staff very helpful, finally they helped me to send something to my home, which I couldn’t carry with me in the airplane. Great service, thank you.

After waiting for a long time, he asked, "Why is it demagnetized again?" Then there is a restaurant on the fourth floor. When it was time for dinner, many people were eating boxed lunches in it. The whole corridor was filled with some strange and unpleasant food smells. When I returned to the room, the smell was still there. . When I took a shower that night, I found that there were also black stains on the newly placed bath towel. .

The location is quite far from Renji. The environment inside the hotel is OK, but the towels are a little dirty and there are hairs on them. Everything else is OK. The room also has Xiaodu smart phone, which makes all operations more convenient.

Chain hotels are suitable for business trips. They should be newly opened hotels. The formaldehyde smell is a bit strong, and the TV is just for decoration... Many of them are charged. I did not ask for a refund at all, but the hotel had no credibility at all. If it was not able to fulfill its promise, why should it promise it? Very humble! Be cautious, just refer to where the good reviews came from. The invoice couldn't be issued even after a week, so I was planning to file a complaint against Ctrip.
