服務還是很好的，就是房間的設施不行，除了複式房，其他房間窗簾都沒有，一晚上都在刺眼的燈光下睡覺

很不錯 來上海都是住她們家 很喜歡這個裝修前台服務小姐姐也很好很温柔 衞生很乾凈 離地鐵站也挺近的不用拐彎抹角的 很不錯😊

The room is nice and new. The room I originally booked didn't have a washing machine. Because I needed to do laundry, I paid the difference and upgraded the room. The second room has a large sofa on the first floor, and the hotel also provides laundry beads. Xiao Cen at the front desk was very enthusiastic.

The service of this hotel is really great! When we checked in, they saw that we had a child and automatically upgraded our room type to give us more space. The staff saw that we had too much luggage and it was inconvenient to bring the child, so they helped us carry the luggage upstairs. When we checked out, the weather outside was too hot, and the front desk staff also gave us mineral water. It's really rare for a hotel to do this. In addition, every staff member you meet in and out of the hotel will greet you warmly. It really feels very warm. It is worth recommending.
