The stairs is the killer for those with huge luggage! Reminder to all!! no lift or elevator provided, the guest hotel located at level 3, there is NO ENGLISH SIGN! the location is centre and easy access. The room need to share with other room mate which rented it for weekly or monthly basis. However there is daily housekeeping. Sadly NO TOWEL provided. Air ventilation in the room very BAD, sadly. There is space to dine in your meal, internet WIFI? Sadly only for those with China phone number ONLY! Not open with other roaming number. So sad!!

In general it is very good, the only problem is that the bathrooms are inside the rooms and the guests do not respect the rules of coexistence, they take shower at 1am and do many sounds after 11pm, the staff needs to mention that when them are doing the check in

Everything is good in this room. I'm quite tall and the room has a sloping ceiling. I hit my head on the ceiling twice. Great location for good food. Very basic - no soap provided and only biodegradable ‘towels’ but expected as it is a hostel.

Exit from East Nanjing Metro then look for Exit 5(stairs) or Exit 6(Escalator) then around 3-4mins walk will reach the Hostel. The Hostel No lift and at the 3rd floor. So far my roommates were great, not making much noise or snoring 😄. Each bunkbed room will have own toilet. Cleaning Lady clean everyday. Bed is a bit hard but still bearable. Each cubicle has curtain and charging point. Exactly like the picture. They provide locker which can lock it with the door card. Got space for luggage and shoes. Overall its a good stay. And there are so much of food downstairs. U can easily find all the best noodles at this area.

I would stay here again if I visit Shanghai next time. The receptionist Is friendly and will try to assist even if they don't really understand English. The only pain point is it doesn't have a lift, so you have to carry big luggage with you. However, when i checked out, The helpful receptionist helped me to carry my luggage.Downstairs have alot restaurants

The hostel is in a great location, but I’ve marked it down because the room was nothing like the pictures, with the only window going into the corridor so I’m not sure if that even counts.

Superb location and very friendly stuff! You can conveniently walk to Nanjing road or bund and return whenever you want. Sleeping bunk feels private and personal locker they provide is fairly huge! Only downside is you can hear your roommates so don't forget good earplugs! All in all a happy stay.

Great hostel, just off of Nanjing Road. The facilities were the best I have seen in any hostel in China, the staff was incredibly friendly and the room was fairly quiet considering the busy area surrounding the hostel. I would recommend anyone to book their stay in Shanghai here!

We spent a few days at the hotel and have no complaints! The room was clean, the staff at the reception was nice and helpful and the subway station was just 4 minutes away. Only con is that you get single-use towels instead of normal ones, which isn’t really convenient.

I was in Shanghai for business trip and the hostel was very very nice !!! The reception staff is very welcoming and always there to help you no matter what the problem. The condition of the rooms is very clean because the maids come every day. I highly recommend this hotel to live a unique experience in Shanghai 😉
