The landmark is near a bakery where you can sample food. The hotel's facilities were surprisingly good. The shower and toilet were separate, and hot water came out quickly. There was air conditioning, and the electricity was type C. There was also a hair dryer. It was a good value hotel, conveniently located near the station.

It's about 5-6 minutes from Exit 1. The location is easy to find. The room is minimal, but it's cheap so it's not a problem. The pillow was black so I slept with a towel over it. There are many restaurants nearby so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat.
