For the first time never been in China but need to transit 24 hours. After booked and got help with kind taxi Chinese Pudong Shanghai AirPort to call free transpotation from hotel. Good place but still rebuilding so there isnt good smell from air outside.

This hotel is convenient if you have a long stopover at the airport. There was a litlle misunderstanding for our pick-up because the airport information desk send us to the wrong exit. Our room was o.k. but I don't like carpet on the floor. Overall it was good for one night and the transfer back to the airport went smooth in only 15 minutes.

Rooms are tired and common space is poorly maintained. Close to airport and next to convenience store.

The airport shuttle service helped a lot, stayed here because of an early morning flight. Very convenient for Pudong airport

Always stay here when flying from Pudong. Close to the airport and plenty of food places around. Beds are comfy. Great for a cheap, overnight stay.

The hotel and the transfer bus look like they were built a century ago on a budget. The hotel has loud and smelly AC, dead insects on pillows and random pipes sticking out of random columns int he middle of the room! There are plenty of better-looking hotel options across the road! The airport transfer driver was talking down on and snorting at customers who were simply retrieving their suitcases. Not to mention the transfer did not have adequate space for suitcases, obliging customers to pile them on seats.

You’re only booking this because you got a flight the next day and they take you to the airport

The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Our room has a missing shower door and the water tends to splash out and it is slippery. The breakfast buffet if very affordable and lots of choices. This is what I like the most for the stay.

Airport bus service is very bad, driver in unresponsive and failed to meet in designated location causing a delay of 2 hours. Front desk doesn’t have a single English speaker and don’t provide receipt and bill of sale upon request, plus no information on the breakfast either. Very poor service.

It's a very disappointed experience. The bus driver is insane and i am really regret to take that bus. 很糟糕!

The dirtiest room I ever had. Cigarette bud in the shower, no hot water (it was about room temperature, really chilly in winter). Looks like there was water leaking and the ceiling is about to cone off… I don’t recommend it

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, modern, and meticulously clean. The breakfast selection was impressive, catering to various dietary needs. Overall, a superb experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
