Amazing breakfast buffet! The outdoor pool is beautiful too!

This was an amazing place to stay for a little staycation! The amenities were great the room was very clean and they even upgraded us for free to a pool view. The staff are all friendly and we really enjoyed our whole stay. You must try the food at the open kitchen buffet for dinner. It was delicious and so worth the money!

I usually don’t write reviews. But I think this situation should be addressed. 1: The staff at the reception are nice and professional.when we arrived at 3am in the morning, the room that was given to us at the Excutive floor had a smell, they were nice to change the room and also gave us late checkout which I think it was good. I am very disappointed.. 2:Outdoor pool is closed at 7:00pm in summer. Even though it’s written on the notice that it’s 9pm. The life guard were not nice to the patrons they were screaming and telling people to get out of the outdoor pool before 7pm. . The management of this hotel can do better.

Went fourth time in this hotel with family,everything was beautiful as always.Nice ,big rooms, suggest to get with a pool view.Good price for dinner and lots of good dishes

This is an excellent hotel to stay in Shanghai. Very beautiful lobby hall. Luxury and romantic style. Very tidy room, great interior design. Incredible helpful stuff. Great choice of food in breakfast. Swimming pool, gym, sauna just perfect. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

The hotel itself is great, the rooms are very spacious and I could put 4 large suite cases with easy, bathroom wise is also very good along with nice amenities. Clean all rounded and the Beds are very comfortable and big compared to other hotels. I must say Jessica gave excellent service and knows the hotel from top to bottom all well experience person whom knows exactly how to treat guest thanks alot for the great stay and will definitely come again.

Huge, quite well maintained hotel. Greta with balconies. The pool area was closed which was a great disappointment for the kids. Gym facilities was OK. Service at a good level. Will probably stay there again

Bedsheet is fresh and bathroom condition is good except for the temperature of shower is not consistent.

Lovely looking hotel near the train Station and airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good but wifi could be improved.
