I thought the electricity suddenly went off because it was midnight on the day of my check-out. When I went to the desk to ask, they said that they kept calling the accommodation to tell me that the electricity would be cut off from 12 to 2:30, but they didn't answer. They said that they kept calling from 9 to 11 PM. However, I came in late at 11:30 PM. There must be guests who came in late while looking around, but I didn't like that the electricity went off in broad daylight or at night. My phone charger and bathroom lights didn't work. But I opened a Chinese number a week before I stayed here, and I left my Chinese number with the previous employee. I don't think the handover was done properly. Or maybe the employee didn't see it after changing shifts, but wouldn't it be polite to check again and call or send a message on the app? As someone who stayed here, I felt a little uncomfortable And when I first entered the room, there were flying bugs. I caught them right away. It was a double bed room, but I don't know if it was mold or something on the floor at the end of the left bed, but it was black. I wish they had cleaned it a little more properly. Anyway, the conclusion is that I hope Koreans staying here will be a little more careful. If you come on a trip and feel bad because of these little things, it will affect your trip.

Needs improvement, not very satisfied

After two days of Disneyland, I moved into the city, so I wanted to find a hotel that was close to the subway and would save me a lot of effort. It showed that the subway was an 8-minute walk away, but after actually walking for more than 20 minutes, my child collapsed and fell to the ground. When I saw that the decoration was going viral, I jumped out and said I would bring a small gift to the manager for the bad review to apologize. I thought about forgetting it, but I was woken up by the decoration at around 8 o'clock in the morning, and there was another person who didn't hang up on the phone... ...I spent 358 yuan to stay in a high-end business king-size bed room. The 1.5-meter bed is so small that it’s really frustrating. The booking page also doesn’t show that it’s under renovation, so bad reviews, bad reviews, bad reviews.

It was a very old hotel and many rooms had no windows, so it was stuffy. It was just like an attic and dirty.
