Stayed for long term and the place feels like home. Very spacious room with amenities to cook and washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, full-sized fridge etc. Bathroom is also big. Even though the stay was long it didn’t feel cramped at all and I had space to exercise in the room. There’s a small gym upstairs with a cable machine, a few running machines and a stretching stand. Location is also quite nice since it’s right next to a sizeable mall and 2 min away from the metro station (by crossing the bridge behind the mall). Overall an excellent choice for hotel especially if you’re staying long term.

Good location with a shopping mall right infront. Room are clean and well kept. Only issue was couldnt adjust the heater , room quite stuffy .

My second visit to this hotel, great rooms, lovely lobby and helpful staff make it a perfect location. Walking distance from the subway, next to a large shopping mall with lot's of restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay

Friendly staff is willing to help anytime I have a question or request. Close to subway and LCM Mall is definitely a plus. Spacious room with plenty table tops to scatter things around. The scale in my room is not working. But the staff quickly brought me another one when I need to scale my luggage. The inner curtain has stains and shredded, which is not a problem as I don’t stay in the room much, but should be replaced to keep the 4 star standard .

Not too many services and amenities, the lobby is a bit not presentable, probably won’t come back again next time

Location is good. However bathroom door is lack of privacy and if you travelling with someone who is not your spouse you may feel awkward haha.

Stayed here twice the room was exceptional with a lot of amenities and shower was great too. Had hot water and high pressure. Location was nice easily accessible with the DiDi to the bund the pictures are exactly like the room great value for the price. Would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was simply fantastic. The beautiful design really enhances the overall ambiance of the place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with one of the best sleeps I've had in ages. I especially enjoyed the delightful-smelling shower gels, which made my showers feel like a luxury treat. Another fun feature was the food delivery service by a robot, which added a unique twist to my stay. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines style and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Everything was fine. Location is actually pretty good, 8 minutes to metro station, 2 minutes to shopping mall that has most of shops humans need, we don’t need Louis Vuitton or Celine at every shopping mall. It’s a bustling area, ice skating area, people dancing and doing sports near the mall. It’s alive there. And under 30 minutes to Shanghai Railway Station. No complaints on location for this price. Rooms are good sized, curtains close if you know how to close curtains and sunshine doesn’t bother the sleep. Washing machine door was broken and we had to have someone come and open it on the last morning. Hope they pay more attention to amenities and quality of them.
