You pay for good rooms, but they will put you in the darkest , baddest room ever. The receptions put us in the wrong room even i have showed the receipts on the app and told us to leave if i don’t want it. Nice location but bad service you could get. 0 cleanliness, everyone smokes and screams.

There are long queues every day. I personally recommend the freshly baked butterfly cake in the First Food Street on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It is delicious.
