Hotel was good & big room. The design is fantastic ! Very beautiful hotel. Nice staff & very warm welcome. Location was good too walking distance to JingAn area.

Excellent services, environment and staffs! Very friendly, helpful and caring staff. Special appreciation goes to Mr Vincent at front desk who helped me with check in, offered us two pax breakfast for 8days during our stay. Hotel has attended my request to have a big window room. Good location surrounding by many eatery places and shopping area.

The service is good, especially the greetings by staff each time when we got off from our cars, the dining room for breakfast is gorgeous and spacious with a good variety of food choice for breakfast

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the St. Regis. I stayed in the manor suite with access to the manor lounge and a private butler. From check in to check out the customer service was excellent. I received the 2 hour Harmonious Relaxation spa treatment at the Iridium Spa in the hotel. It was the most relaxing spa experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who enjoy luxury experiences.

The perfect resort for relaxing without care. The area is huge featuring a beautiful swimming pool for full coverage tanning and a converted one if you need a break from the sun but still want to chill outside by the pool. The staff are incredible and the breakfast buffet is unparalleled. We had our own butler who took care of all of our requests. This gorgeous resort also features a spa with yoga, pilates, and sound bowl meditation. The gym is 24- hours and is a little small but equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this resort as a treat. The prices are higher than usual but the food is absolutely incredible. Thank you to Eaton, Lucas, Cynthia,Nina, and beautiful Chloe for taking care of us during our stay.

Repeated stay, nice environment and service but hotel is currently under renovation which affected the lift and the reception area

I had stayed here with my partner before Covid, and it was the most amazing experience! For this trip, we still really enjoyed the room and service from the staff. Saint Regis still provides the high-level of customer service that would bring us back every time. Our only struggle was our breakfast experience. There is construction going on that makes the breakfast time a bit loud and uncomfortable, but the food quality has also declined since 2019. We actually went for my birthday weekend, so I was really looking forward to a nice birthday Breakfast. We were told later that they are in the process of updating their kitchen staff, but both my partner and I recognize that the food quality was not what it was in 2018 and 2019. Otherwise, we love the location, the facility, and the rooms, as well as a lovely staff!

Had a fantastic time at this hotel, felt very luxurious and the room had an incredible view. My butler Wade was also incredibly helpful and went over and above to provide me with everything I needed.

Comfortable check in, seats available for guests. Quick and smooth process. Very clean and grand hotel lobby. Nice room on a high floor. Very spacious and clean bathroom.

First of all , shout out to Luna ( super nice , warm and very attentive ) she help me throughout the check in process , No language barrier whatsoever it went so smooth. Good Job Luna !! The only input that i have particularly at Man Spa’s room , the towel bit smelly and the chair massage room also so humid and it went smelly also , maybe u guys can freshen up the room Other than that all nice and comfy ❤️
