該酒店服務態度差，預訂完進房間不到十分鐘出來了，房間一股黴味，然後我要求退款，找各種理由不給退款，説我動他被子了，被子一股發黴味道，環境差了很，下午一點半訂，一點50左右就離開了，一分錢不給退，
