Amazing how comfortable and welcomed, a warm smile, and a quiet, enthusiastic voice, can make a guest feel-the senior front-desk lady, and the gentleman on the morning shifts. The young lady, the new employee, is naturally an excellent customer service person, with the friendliest personality. Even the lady and gentleman cleaning the rooms were remarkably excellent, and welcoming. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on our next trip to Shanghai. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It is all due to the sincerity and enthusiasm of the front office manager Wang. Due to some reasons in the hotel, manager Wang took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive room for free. Every time we checked in, he asked us if we had any needs in a very humane way. Be as content as possible. Under his management, the waiters also worked well, and check-in was friendly and fast.
