This is a newly opened hotel. I chose this place because the hotel environment and facilities are relatively new. This time I experienced that it is indeed the case. The room is spacious and clean, and there is free parking. The hotel is convenient for shopping and entertainment. Joy City, Changfeng Park, Kintetsu Plaza and Global Harbor are all nearby. The service of the hotel staff is very enthusiastic, from the doorman to the concierge to the front desk, they are proactive and enthusiastic. The room does not look like the picture. The standard room is very small. But the location is very good, at the beginning of Yuyuan Road and next to the subway entrance. The attitude of the service staff throughout the hotel is also very good. The breakfast room is small and beautiful. Generally speaking, except for the front office manager's average attitude on the phone and the slow response when calling for floor service, everything else is OK.

We came here for staycation. Kids Corner was the best part of our trip, to be fair with this rating... Now to the minus points: - breakfast was not good. Variety yes, but not tasty at all. - you are not allow to swim without swim cap, there is no notice on the page. We were very disappointed. 😞 - pool for kids was not in use, there a lot of hanging clothes over there. - hotel signage was weird to show that there is a direct connection between 'the plaza' at B1 and the hotel. But the truth is there is no direct connection between hotel and the plaza, you need to walk to the pyramid. Staffs (more than one) have no clue what is on the direction board on the entrance. - don't ask for baby crib. You will get the crib but no mattress. There was just the crib, blanket and a pillow. However, we can see the friendliness of staff, although they could not communicate in English. Receptions (Hotel and N Club) were very friendly and helpful. Room was big, and as mentioned playground for children were are good experience at this trip. A bit disappointed of crowne plaza with this standard...

Service and health are very good. Takeaways have robots to deliver, breakfast, near the subway, and the room type was upgraded for free on the third day. I am very satisfied with the bathroom in the big bed room. The bathroom space and constant temperature toilet are quite good. I think the high-end large space is very good, there are exterior windows, good lighting. Disadvantages The hotel is on the road, it is not good to take a taxi, and there are too many cars to and from. The door of the original room was open and the bell was ringing. It was really a torture to close the door a few times. This must be stepped on. It is really affected by the exam. It is not a small couple to open the room. I was too lazy to toss, I didn't change the hotel, and I changed the room later. Overall it is good, the front desk lady is very warm and beautiful

Service was great! All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Within hotel is manageable for wheelchair accessibility, but the ramp outside would be way too steep to use a wheelchair. Room design was a little strange due to the open window of room into bathroom, but it has an easily lowerable curtain that makes it a non-issue. Breakfast has a wide variety of food from dim sum to freshly cooked noodle soup upon asking and plenty of other things as well, mostly Chinese breakfast options like congee and such, but also bread and jam as well.

Security was welcoming the minute I arrived, I felt welcomed before entering the hotel. Check in was quick and smooth and I was offered Chrysanthemum tea, to be corrected if not. Both as a welcome drink and everytime I was in the lobby waiting for taxi. Angela, speaks English, helped with my luggage and requesting a taxi, and also using the metro but I'd get lost, so went with the taxi. She kept checking how farvmy taxi was and walked me to the taxi, even informed the driver where I was going and confirmed my number. She is just amazing. And after checking in, I was accompanied to my room and my Luggage was carried for me 🙃 Going to breakfast, I was accompanied from the elevator to the restaurant and they elevator door was held open after breakfast. Honestly, the service, the staff is amazing. Big ups to everyone. The metro is literally next to the hotel, but Shanghai metro needs a bit of experience and patience, lol, I choose peace. The hotel is just under 20 minutes from Shanghai Railway Station I highly recommend this hotel and I'd definitely return to it.

I stayed here a few times before the epidemic, and it was the first time I stayed after the epidemic. It still tastes the same as before. The Hema downstairs, which was still being renovated when I lived before, is now open; the Line 14, which was still under construction downstairs, is also connected, and the exit is very close to the hotel. The room is very large, and there are only a few households on each floor. It is very quiet. Since there are mostly long-term tenants, there are simple kitchen utensils, microwaves, ovens, washing machines, refrigerators, and coffee machines. The gym has basic equipment and there are few people. Downstairs is Igo Plaza, a cinema and restaurants. There are all department stores, which basically meet my needs. The only fly in the ointment is that the service life is long and the furniture decoration style is a bit old, but I don't care about these (very cautious about this point). In addition, I would like to give the hotel a small opinion. Other electrical appliances are okay. It would be perfect if the TV can be replaced with a newer model (the current estimate is 20 years ago) All in all, I will stay here again, it is more in line with my needs🤗

The king of cost performance, the location is average, the driveway may be noisy (we don't mind, sleep well), breakfast is very good, the service is in place. The environment in the hotel is very good. When I left, the front desk lady also sent two bottles of Coke. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the service is impeccable, everyone is friendly from the concierge to the women who help clean the rooms. Maybe the only downside is that no where was it written you need to give a 500元 deposit for the keycard.
