The lobby is so beautiful. My husband and I came to Shanghai to watch Jay Chou's concert. We booked this hotel. It has a good location and convenient transportation. The guy at the front desk is warm and handsome. ❤The room is very large, 46 square meters, and it feels like home. I suddenly forgot my name😒. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, and both Chinese and Western food are great! I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Shanghai🏨

Had an amazing birthday getaway at Hotel Indigo Shanghai Hongqiao! Beautiful hotel, old Shanghai décor, infinity pool, delicious breakfast and the service was absolutely amazing. Very good customer service! The location is a little remote but I expected it looking at the map. The room we stayed was good but had no window to outside which made it a little claustrophobic. Breakfast and restaurant on site were really good! Only real thing that was disappointing is having to pay for parking and the entrance from the parking area to the foyer that has a flight of stairs and a very heavy door that doesn’t stay open, which is not very convenient for suitcases, baby prams and disable people.
