I stayed only for one night but it was very wonderful and unforgettable experience. Location is perfect and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around and also a park! Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Quiet peaceful hotel environment, suits a minimalist like me and with high tech. Room services were carried out by robots. Hotel decoration combines Japanese Chinese and a lot of western elements, ancient but modern taste providing a luxury feeling when living in. Definitely my favourite.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

I am just really attached to the millennium brand after staying at the Beijing one. This is my second stay at the hotel and it was really nice, The breakfast is amazing and the buffet dinner was nice. We stayed at a twin room I wonder why they have such bad lighting though at night the room looks so dark. We had the same problem last time and we changed rooms and the other room had great lighting.

Very good customer service! The location is a little remote but I expected it looking at the map. The room we stayed was good but had no window to outside which made it a little claustrophobic. Breakfast and restaurant on site were really good! Only real thing that was disappointing is having to pay for parking and the entrance from the parking area to the foyer that has a flight of stairs and a very heavy door that doesn’t stay open, which is not very convenient for suitcases, baby prams and disable people.

I came here with my colleagues to stay in a hotel on a business trip. I chose a hotel with two beds. When entering, there is a wall cabinet similar to the kitchen, followed by a desk and bed. Then as expected, I unexpectedly worked overtime until midnight, relying on these two cups of coffee in the hotel for half my life. After I finished my work, I went to bed. Is there a glass partition window, glass door or glass wall in between? The lighting will appear very transparent during the day, but it will be a little uncomfortable if one has to work overtime and the other has to sleep at night. Fortunately, night owls on a leash have nothing to fear.

I forgot to take a photo of the overall environment, but as soon as I entered the door, the layout is compact and the bathroom door is very heavy. It feels very similar to a hotel in Macau. The small and exquisite bathroom also has a phone and a scale. It has a very old five-star feel. It is 30 minutes away from the Hongqiao Airport subway, which is great for those who want to catch a flight. The friendly sister at the front desk upgraded the room to the 8th floor. The view is very good and the bed is very comfortable, but it is a bit crowded for two people to sleep in. 😅 I also got a late check-out, so I could sleep comfortably until noon, haha

There are very few people at 7 o'clock, but there are too many people at 9 o'clock. It took a while to get a seat. The takeout robot will deliver food, which is very convenient. The room is large, with separate study tables, chairs, and sofa round tables. The windows can be opened for good lighting. Cleaning was done in a timely manner, and the ladies at the front desk communicated smoothly and were enthusiastic. Because I had a cold, I drank a lot of water. There was also warm mineral water at the front desk, which was provided for free. It is super convenient for robots to deliver items and courier to the room. Rich breakfast, hygienic environment, clean and tidy, very satisfied. It's close to the 3/4/10 subway station, just a few minutes walk. There is a Lawson and fruit shop in the neighborhood next to it. I will stay here when I come to Shanghai in the future. It is a very satisfactory accommodation experience.

The king of cost performance, the location is average, the driveway may be noisy (we don't mind, sleep well), breakfast is very good, the service is in place. The environment in the hotel is very good. When I left, the front desk lady also sent two bottles of Coke. By the way, there is a rib soup shop opposite the hotel that is very delicious, the big ribs and braised pork are delicious.

This was a clean and modern hotel. Loved the area and shopping centers around it . We had a better experience here than staying near the Bund area . The rooms were big . Good view + gym and laundry . The breakfast wasn't impressive but good enough. I might stay here again next time in Shanghai. The only negative thing was that staff couldn't speak english and we had to use google translator all the time. We managed to get some discounts for staying longer in this hotel.

The hotel staff are enthusiastic, professional and have a very good service attitude. We are also happy to help carry luggage to the room. The cleaners proactively assist and provide needed items. The hot water in the hotel is hot, the heating is sufficient, the room is clean, quiet, quiet, and the light is good. Very friendly service from all staff. I do not speak Chinese, but the lady at reception used a translate app during check-in and was very kind and patient. The room is so large & comfortable, with a HUGE bed (super King?), and the most comfortable pillows I have ever experienced! Plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, and a large bathroom with a lovely shower. Even though the room faced the street, it was very quiet. Good double glazing perhaps? The breakfast selection was very good with many different options. We are vegan so our choice is limited, but we still managed to get enough to eat. Really good price, I would stay here again.

The interior design is pretty decent, can see they really considered the details of the faclities. Breakfast was so good, and good for IG photos as well! But it would be much better if there are more elevators since there are only 2 elevators in the high building and guests have to wait for long.. Other than that, overall was great and I will def choose this hotel next time when I come to shanghai!

I thought it would be one night. After all, the price was here, but after I arrived, I gave me a different experience. I asked the front desk for hot water 24 hours a day. I was very considerate to get me a three-piece set. Check out also delayed me until 14 o'clock the next day and the location is better. Close to the subway station, although it is old, but the cleaning is still relatively clean!
