Let's talk about the hotel. This is a 10-year-old hotel. It should be a developer-style rich design (palace style), but it is well maintained. It is said that it started to operate by itself in 2016, mainly for meetings and weddings. There are gyms, beauty and nail facilities for children on the negative 1st floor. Guests staying in the hotel can use the gym and children's play facilities for free. There are swimming pools and tennis courts on the negative 2nd floor. Guests staying in the hotel can use the swimming pool for free, but the tennis courts are outsourced and need to be paid. Across the street is the Sam's Club, next to the Sam's Club is a sports park, and nearby are Sheshan, Chenshan Botanical Garden, Happy Valley, Sijing Ancient Town, etc. It is a good place to take your family to rest. I came out to play during the National Day holiday and saw this hotel online. The University City branch is not far from the University City and the attractions I want to check in. After getting off the subway, I walked to the hotel entrance. There was music as soon as I entered the lobby, which made people feel happy. The hotel front desk would greet you and check in very quickly. It was also very safe that takeaways could not be taken upstairs, and outsiders were prevented from entering and leaving. The service was very good. It was really a great hotel. The room was cleaned very well. I will come again next time I come to play.

The hotel is easy to find, the deluxe twin room is large, the quilt is very comfortable, and it is only more than 3 kilometers away from Sijing Ancient Town. The breakfast is also delicious, but the coffee is a bit bad. The most praiseworthy thing is that I left my sun protection clothes on the back of the chair during afternoon tea in the lobby bar. The hotel is very conveniently located at Wanda Plaza with lots of eateries and shops. The room is clean. The hotel has no driveway for drop off or pick up. So it's not very convenient if you have heavy luggage. Some eateries open until 2 or 3am. And there's people dancing in the open space at night. So it can get very noisy.

We loved our 4-night stay (with a 6-hour extension) in this hotel. On top of a really good service, we got free breakfast, too. The breakfast is Asian style. Being Filipinos, we enjoyed it. We had the Chinese version of ”buchi,” ”lumpia,” ”chao fan,” ”siopao,” and more. We also had orange juice, soy milk, milk, coffee, and water for drinks. If you are looking for a Western style breakfast, there is KFC and Starbucks right at the Metro Station area (or subway), where you can also ride Line 9. We ate burgers bought at KFC, my mother found the burger with tomatoes delicious. They have free bottled water, provided with a kettle and tea. There is also a robot that serves as the hotel delivery boy. :-) I wish we could have a robot like that at home. :-D The people at the hotel are really great. We wish to say hello to Ms. Zhao Ming Di, who assisted us and was very helpful and resourceful. :-) They've got hot shower, with shampoo and soap provided. Towels are included, too. You can watch Hollywood movies on their TV, too. We played ”The Mummy,” ”Gladiator,” etc. We also watched a Chinese movie ”Shaolin Popey” with English subtitles. :-) If you wish to extend your stay at this hotel, you can pay 25RMB/hour for your room. If you are a nature lover, this hotel is near Sheshan Hill (Line 9 Sheshan Metro Station). In fact, the Sheshan area itself has its own tourist spots (not just the Catholic church and the space observatory. There are many others.). They are not as famous as The Bund area, of course, but you will like the Sheshan area if you have the chance and the effort to explore it. I sincerely wish we were able to explore the Sheshan area more, but we only spent a few hours and we spent all of it on the top of the Sheshan hill. If you want to buy sweets and goods to take home, this hotel is near Qibao Ancient Town (Line 9 Qibao Metro Station). There are many shops there and their prices are much lower than those in The Bund. My mother bought many things at Qibao, like candies, toys, a comb, etc. I bought a pocketwatch. They also sell Chinese traditional clothes there. There is also a high-end shopping mall right next to the Qibao Metro Station, the name is Vanke Mall, in case you wish to buy Western-brand goods and have Western-style meals. The hotel itself is also near a park, but we didn't get a chance to walk in that park. I checked it on a map, it looked huge. Maybe, next time we will. :-)

The hotel's service is really impeccable, from check-in to check-out, every detail makes people feel satisfied. The front desk receptionist is warm and friendly, the processing is fast and efficient, and he also reminded us of the weather conditions for the next day and suggested us to add or remove clothes. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable, which makes people sleep well. (The wall panels in the toilet itself are not soundproof, and the windows are common to alleyways. The wall behind the bed is a partition wall, which leads to poor sound insulation. You can hear the conversation in the next room clearly, and the wall will vibrate together when the door is closed. Can't sleep. )

Room and bathroom are clean. Receptionists are really helpful, they do not speak English well but they use google translate. Hotel is close to shopping center around 15 minutes.

The owner's care can be felt from the layout and decoration design. There is a super large lakeside terrace outside the room with a great view. You can sit and read a book and be in a daze, and relax and be free. The children climb up and down in the room, and have their own fun. It is safe. Unlike other parent-child rooms, this is really like installing a big paradise in the room. And most importantly, there are no other naughty children. The safety is also in place, and it is really reassuring. My wife is particularly concerned about safety. The bed in the hotel is always afraid that the child will fall off. This upstairs is similar to tatami, and there is no fall. We are very relieved, and the children fall asleep beautifully with the starry sky. The floor is very high, the air conditioner is below, and there is a ceiling fan on the top. It is a little hot upstairs, but it also eliminates the worry that the child will kick the quilt and blow the air conditioner and get cold. The fried dumplings made by the boss for breakfast the next morning are also a must. Usually I chase them to feed them, but today I chased them and asked for two more. There is also a newly developed small yard next to the large yard on the first floor. The children catch chickens and dig vegetables. The boss said that they can dig eggplants and take them home to eat. It's really green. But we don't know how to cook, so we didn't dig them back.
