The hotel has a good location which is close to the Bund and to the metro station. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The check-in was quick given one of my friends is a foreigner. The room and services were not bad, which is at the average 5-star level. My friends did not have breakfast in the hotel, however the quality of the food in the hotel is generally good.

There are shopping places all around, and dining is also very convenient. The hotel's hardware and environment are relatively good, and the lobby is very spacious. The air conditioner was started early and the room was very warm as soon as we entered. The room was clean and tidy. What is lacking is the training of service staff. They don't say hello when they see guests walking towards the front desk. The whole process was businesslike. There was no reminder as to whether or not a toothbrush was provided. When it was time to go to bed at night, I realized that there was no toothbrush. Then I put on my clothes and asked the waiter to bring them to me. The air conditioner made strange noises, so I had to turn it off to sleep.

Lovely hotel in a pretty good location. Loved the cloud bar! Staff seemed very confused about the “gifts” included in the hotel booking, and opening times of the bar for new years but Mr Lee was very helpful. The rooms are decent. A little dirty marks on the wall. Could definitely offer better services such as changing bedding pillows or room service. Not worth the money we paid.

It's the first time for a family to go to Shanghai. A good hotel can save a lot of trouble. The hotel is convenient for traveling. It only takes more than ten minutes by subway to Yuyuan Garden, the site of the National Congress of the Communist Party of China and other places. Elderly people will not feel tired at all when going out. The front desk staff are also very patient and enthusiastic. I like the decoration style very much. There is a gym and free fruit on the first floor. It is really a very cost-effective hotel in Shanghai. I will choose it again when I travel to Shanghai in the future.

The rooms are very neat and clean. The subway station is 100 meters downstairs and the traffic is very convenient. From the Bund People’s Square Metro directly to Sanzhan Road. The fare starts only after the taxi comes back at night. Lots of food downstairs. Everything. There are many large supermarkets and shopping malls nearby.
