Overall a fairly decent hotel. Very local oriented, no international foods. Be prepared to be conversant in mandarin. But the service staff are very helpful and attentive. It’s close proximity to some local shops and food so still not too secluded, even though they are situated at the newer area of town. If I come back for business, I will consider to stay here once more. Only issue was the fitness centre was closed. They should rectify it asap, as it was rather disappointing not to have the chance to use it. The covenience mini store located at the lobby is a bit helpful for any simple basic things needed.

The front desk greeted us as soon as we met them. Overall, it was good, but the flowers were so good that it lowered the grade. I didn't even want to use them. It felt like an old hotel from the 80s. The phone didn't work and I couldn't call the front desk. I had to call the phone three times before I got through.
