After much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Luoyang, and it's no wonder it has such rave reviews – it truly lives up to its reputation. It's located in a bustling area, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions, with a subway station right next door and even a shuttle service to and from the station. The staff, both in housekeeping and at the front desk, are incredibly responsive to almost every request. The housekeeping staff provided delightful little surprises every day; seeing that we were taking medication and wearing glasses, they proactively offered us glasses cases and pill organizers. Every day we were here, we could order various snacks and fruits for free, and there was even a late-night snack service. When we checked out, they even gave us a bag of snacks and fruits. This level of service truly makes you feel comfortable. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely stay here again!

BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. The hotel's location is superb, right in the 'Big Corn' building, with Ruyi Lake just downstairs. The front desk service was excellent. The day before, they proactively asked what time we'd be arriving the next day, mentioning that rooms were tight during the National Day holiday and they could arrange early check-in. Although we arrived after 6 PM, so waiting for a room wasn't an issue for us, this gesture was very thoughtful. The concierge is on the first floor, but when we were taking our luggage up, we didn't see anyone to help. We only saw a luggage cart and a staff member who directed us to the 38th floor for check-in. The breakfast at the restaurant was standard, nothing particularly special, but not bad either. This stay was due to not being able to get tickets home, so we stayed at the Marriott for a night. If I visit Henan again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

This location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it.

I stayed in Kaifeng for two days and chose this hotel near the Gulou area for its convenience in exploring the ancient town. Kaifeng is not a large city like Zhengzhou or Luoyang, and with good stamina you can explore most of it on foot. If you plan to spend three days mainly at Millennium City Park (清明上河园), this hotel may not be the best option. However, there are two direct public buses — Y1 and Bus 15 — that make travel to the park easy. The hotel itself is located on the third floor, with a supermarket directly below at ground level. We bought fruits and beverages there for our stay. The Gulou Night Market is only a few minutes’ walk away, and one of China’s Top 10 Famous Buddhist Temples, Xiangguo Temple (相国寺), is about a five‑minute walk. Visitors often remark that standing in Xiangguo Temple feels like stepping into a living link with the Tang and Song dynasties. Admission is free for seniors aged 60 and above, regardless of nationality. Another nearby attraction is the Kaifeng Prefecture Office (开封府), historically the government headquarters and judicial court of Kaifeng. It is just two bus stops away, with half‑price admission for seniors aged 60 and above. Transportation was convenient: there are direct public buses (No. 10 and Y1) from Kaifeng Train Station to the hotel. This made my arrival from Luoyang and departure to Zhengzhou smooth and easy. I had booked hotels in Luoyang (3 nights), Yuntaishan (3 nights), and Zhengzhou (3 nights), and mistakenly thought I had also booked Kaifeng for 3 nights. In fact, I had only reserved 2 nights. I realized my mistake when the hotel staff kindly alerted me around 4 pm, just before my departure to Zhengzhou. I was panicky, but the counter staff remained calm and understanding, helping me expedite my check‑out. Thanks to their assistance, I managed to catch my train to Zhengzhou East Station (郑州东站) and check into my hotel at Erqi Square before 7 pm. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their patience and support. Without their help, my transition would not have been so smooth. A big thank you to the hotel team.

Tired of the city's hustle and bustle, I finally found my 'paradise' here. Tucked away in Luoyang Banshan is an absolutely divine hotel. Opening the window reveals a lush green vista, making time seem to slow down. What I loved most was the 'private courtyard with a private hot spring' design. 24-hour natural hot spring water flows directly into your room, so no more crowded public pools. In the evening, soaking in the steamy hot spring while watching the twilight descend over the mountains melted away a whole week's fatigue. The hotel even provides rose petals and mugwort bath bags, which really elevates the experience! It's only a ten-minute drive from the Longmen Grottoes, so after exploring the ancient sites, coming back for a hot spring soak is just the perfect end to the day. Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a girls' trip, this place offers plenty of privacy and a relaxing vibe. The hotel also offers shuttle service, and the butler service is excellent, promptly addressing any issues. Super thoughtful! The room was clean and tidy, and the hot spring water temperature was just right, incredibly refreshing. A truly satisfying travel experience, highly recommended!

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

The stay experience was absolutely fantastic! I wasn't expecting much, given the super low price, and just booked it for its proximity to the Olympic Sports Center for a concert. But wow, was I surprised! This hotel easily rivals a 5-star property. It was clean, and the soundproofing was incredibly good. They even thoughtfully provided a fruit platter. The room was super quiet at night, and very spacious too. What's more, the hotel offered a special shuttle service to and from the concert, with staff diligently checking to make sure all concert-goers boarded. Honestly, it was incredible value for money. My first visit to Henan, and the kindness of the Henan people really touched me. This place deserves a genuine five-star review! (And I promise, I never give dishonest reviews, good or bad; every review I write is completely sincere and based on my actual experience.) I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again if I'm ever back in Henan!

Always excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance. This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable. Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too. The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that! I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too. The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration. The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha. Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too. Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few. Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level: 1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet. 2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment. 3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China. 4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus. Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

All the attractions in Luoyang are great, I recommend the White Horse Temple, Longmen Grottoes, and the museum. The hotel's overall environment is excellent, the front desk service is very good, and the concierge is also nice. Everything deserves praise. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and I had a very restful night's sleep. The location is superb, right next to a shopping mall. During the National Day holiday, any requests were promptly addressed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, highly recommended! Thumbs up! 👍
