The beds were semi hard but still comfortable, the room is very spacious and great to work in with a desk a large mini fridge large bed. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bathroom. The shower is hitting the toilet which disgusts me, and it’s near a wooded area so expect bugs. But overall very pleasant stay.

Location is nice and near the airport. Convince for early morning flight. However the location itself is a bit deep inside of soi and along the way to hotel was construction site which this is make a bit unsafe feeling for women travel alone. Room is a bit old but clean. Free wifi offer and two water in room. A bit noisy but this is no problem for a short night trip. Totally worth it with price and location. Good for short stay but not recommended for long term.

This hotel is very near Suvarnabhumi Airport, so perfect for travellers who are in transit for one night. Because of this, there are no long-stayers, i.e. families with children, or couples every where, which is blissful for single people. I spent 4 nights here, as I have a friend who lives nearby, and it was perfect for me (solo person). The basic rooms (superior) are of a good size, with a balcony, big shower rooms, and the TV has lots of channels. I used the pool every day, for lap-swimming - the main pool is, at a guess, 20m. There are shallower, round pools for non-swimmers or kids. The breakfast buffet was great, which I had every morning. For me, it was a perfect selection of hot and cold food, plus the usual choice of fruit, cheese, bread, etc. Too much is over-whelming, but this wasn't. There is a good size gym, with a variety of equipment, plus a gym studio with basic group fitness classes (which I didn't partake, but just happened to notice). The staff are helpful and courteous, and give you space - meaning they are not constantly asking you if you are OK or if you need anything. There is a hotel app, that you download on to your phone. Anything you need, just ask for it through your phone. It's my 2nd stay here, and it probably won't be my last.

The hotel is getting old. In need of renovation. The carpet is very old and dirty. However, The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, it was very thinly soundproof. You can hear very well when someone walks past in the hallway and the hotel can check in 24 hours a day, so it is often very loud from cleaning. The hotel has a great location, only about 10 minutes on foot to the departure floor. Its very suitable for early or late flights.

The hotel is located in a somewhat secluded area, and it takes around 5-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the nearest mini mart. Unfortunately, the room lacks proper soundproofing, which means you can clearly hear anyone walking past your room and their conversations. Additionally, my room was situated directly opposite the lift, and the noise from it was also quite disruptive. I'm not sure if it's standard practice to leave vacant rooms open, but I found it odd and somewhat unsettling to see people wandering near the room I was checking into.

As usual, very dependable. Close to airport and large malls. Very efficient staff, no hassles at all. Simple lobby but I love to be able to browse the travelers book shelf while waiting for my taxi. Everything you need for a simple transit stay.

Restaurant is open 24 hrs with room-service very convenient when you arrive with a very late night flight and wanted to grab something to eat. With shuttle bus service, make it easy to go to the airport even when you have very early flight as first shuttle bus runs at 4 am already. Breakfast is very impressive with enough choices of food. We will stay again.

The A/C was switched off and hence, it was super hot when I entered the gym. The location of the hotel was the biggest problem. There were no shops or restaurants close by. It's far from the city and closer to the airport which we knew. The reception was very difficult to reach and had to inform them or call them several times to get things done. Even though, they say it's a free shuttle. it's quite hard to get any communication from the reservations for pickup from the airport. Then, the breakfast, it was quite average and there were just too many bugs are worms crushed to death by the customers walking around. it was quite disgusting. The fruit section was completely left open and bugs and fruit flies were lying on it. All they had to do was just cover them. Hopefully, they take this feedback constructively and improve.

Location is good because it takes about 10 minutes to Samrong BTS station and 5 minutes to Imperial World and a big wet market. Staff at counter are prolite. Cleaning staff did their job very well. Staff working in restuarant are nice and attentive to client need. Overall, staff working attitude is much appreciated. A small balcony is good for drying clothes.

I booked this establishment for 1 night by booking.com when i arrived they told me that they was fullybooked and surprisingly they didn’t work with Booking.com, i had my reservation confirmed and told me that i had to cancel it. It was 1 am, they didn’t give me any solution and charged me the advance. Nowadays they haven’t return me the money and I still waiting for a solution and explanations due to i was like a homeless trying to find another establishment in a street plenty of angry dogs which tried to attack me. An horrible experience that maybe could ruin your holidays. Receptionist literally was good-for-nothing people and their english level was really poor. 0 decisive and 0 professionals. SHAME.

A really great overnight stay at Gate43! Situated about 1.5 miles from the Airport & 250BHAT in a taxi (£5ish) it was the perfect stay whilst we transitioned to the islands. The restaurant was open until 10pm so arriving at 9pm was no issue, food was tasty and more than adequate! Hotel itself was lovely, clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff very friendly and booked our 4am taxi back to the airport the next day. Would highly recommend for those needing to stay somewhere near the airport!

Last day to stay. The personnel assisted me in getting me a taxi to chonbury bus station. Very professional. They also have a storage facility where you can leave things behind.

The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are relatively old, but it is still clean. The hotel's external windows are very quiet at night. The door lock is relatively simple, but the security nearby should be very good. There are not many hotel options nearby. Bay Hotel is at 2 The station is in the middle of the Yellow Line Skytrain. If you are dragging luggage, the road is not very easy to walk. The breakfast is average, but you have to go around a lot to buy breakfast at the 711 opposite, so it is worth paying an extra 30 RMB for breakfast for two people. There doesn't seem to be a gym.

We love the cosy ambience of Koon Hotel. We travelled in a big group of 14 and they accommodated our request to stay on the same floor. The room was comfortable and nice, bathroom was small but sufficient. We love the cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Pool and fitness gym was rather small but good enough for a quick workout. Only thing is you will need to arrange for a cab to bring you to places, as the BTS station is not within walking distance. But there is a 7-11 convenience store beside the hotel, useful for getting your supplies and snacks. Highly recommended, hope to return again in future. Good facilities, good location, there's a 7-Eleven near, there with car parking. Large LG TV, bathroom a little small but the door is very good for ******* wet floor There was a mistake in parking the single bed. But got a twin bed But the staff came and made it into a single bed.

Absolutely great. I try to help by giving useful feedback but for CLEF HOTEL, I could not think of a single material suggestion because management and staff do everything exceptionally well. I was very impressed. ROOM Large w lazy chair vault & bathtub. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. Empty space for luggage too. Room & bath are spacious. Even has balcony. Large king sized bed. BREAKFAST - must get, don't miss out Has Thai w soup & western entrées. Salad bread cereal drinks fruit. Attentive & pleasant staff always replenished so food never runs low. Rather embarrassing to say that I looked forward to the breakfast every morning. LOCATION Close to Bearing BTS, imperial world, TonSai night market, several buffets, lots of shops lining the sidewalk, street food at night, easy Songtæw & buses. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

You don't expect to find such a classy hotel in this non-touristy area. The reception, lobby and breakfast area have a luxurious, stylish look, the spaces are very well decorated. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast is served in buffet style, with a variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit, vegetables and pastry. The rooms are soberly furnished, but spacious and clean. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including a toothbrush with toothpaste. We have stayed here several times and will continue to return.

We’d booked this cozy resort for a business trip, and we couldn’t enjoy their facilities. That said, the staff were very service oriented; I forget my shaving kit and phoned the reception requesting for one, but it wasn’t available. However, the receptionist made it happen by asking his colleagues on the way to the hotel to purchase one and had it delivered to my room just before the morning meeting. We highly recommend this resort for business and leisure travelers, and we won’t hesitate to stay with you again in the near future. Keep it up! 👍

The staff speaks English at the reception, and are definitely helpful. The room are still in good shape but the cleaning in the bathroom might be improved. The 2 aspects that are impacting negatively my review are the following: - free mini-bar for the first night, just check-out the photo, it's a fake promotion - the breakfast is at this moment a pure scam as well. Probably due to covid, they can't make a buffet and it is fully understandable, but the customer should informed up front what it will be: a plate and a all-in-one dehydrated coffee. If I knew, I'll not include it. Anyway...

I will be totally honest here. My 2nd visit as I needed to be close to BKK airport. The hotel is brand new. Very clean, great rooms, nice showers, amazing beds, and pillows. If you don't need anything you will be fine. If you need to order, have any questions, Food delivery, grocery delivery, or anything g related that needs speaking English, you're in trouble So positives, very clean, brand new and close to the airport. Also the pool looked great. The issues: Huge teething issues No staff training or even the right staff. 90% of visitors are foreign as you would imagine. Noone speaks any English. No Google translate. Checking is painful, checkout even more painful. If you call from the room its impossible. Now I'm no diva, just calling reception to ask for our luggage or if grab delivery has arrived. Mission impossible. No AC around hotel. So it really humid. AC in rooms left off so takes 1 hour to cool. Unbelievably hot. I landed at midnight so arrived at 1am. My booking on Agoda was confirmed for my days but they had wrong days. So I had to pay again. Just don't need this afte travel. So after checking in at 1am I left at 13:00 the next day. Instead if telling me or calling when I checked out they chatged me the full rate whole day for 1 hour. To me that's pretty bad in a hotel that's empty, brand new and looking at customer happiness. So all the rest you can live with it's OK. The last part on check out for me was u real. This is a guy who is President for the 3rd largest hotel group in the world. Poor standards in my opinion. You just don't do that without notice or confirmation. So just be aware. A comfortable stay for sure. But has its issues on customer service. Its just not there. I'm sure the staff have never worked in a hotel or hospitality before. Maybe a recruiting competency is hospitality exposure and speak some English

The scary room building is at the end of the accommodation, like it's deserted. There are no staff to take care of the accommodation building. But there is a check-in building in front of the accommodation and the entrance guard is taking care of it. The air conditioner isn't that cold. The location of the hotel is more than 20 minutes from the airport. The area is large, the supporting facilities are perfect, the room is clean, the breakfast buffet can be full, and the price is high for the same price. The check-in procedure is convenient, simple and fast, like it
