- the owner very helpful and friendly and can speak english
- location very near to old town. only one minute to the centre of old town
- nice hostel with beautiful decorations
- owner will arrange to buy the tickets to Balagezong
- if you stay here like you stay with history because this hotel converted from old traditional house
- the owner and wife very kind and welcoming us with open arms

The staff was warm and considerate, and the check-in procedure was quick and efficient.
The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I slept very well at night
