The hotel service is quite good, especially Xiao Zhao at the front desk, the service is timely and considerate.

The hotel is 10 yuan away from the train station by taxi, and there are many restaurants nearby. From Mr. Zhang and Ms. Feng at the front desk to the cleaning lady, they are all warm and thoughtful. The linens in the room are very new and clean. The shower water is large and drains quickly. The air conditioner is cold enough. There is a slight car noise on the roadside, which does not affect it. In short, I am impressed by the enthusiasm and cleanliness of Orange, and I will come again in the future.

A decent hotel located about 600m - 700m south of Shantou main railway station. When we arrived we noticed that the hotel was going through some refurbishment. Checking in was smooth and the rooms were clean and adequate. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, aircond tip-top and shower strong flow. Will definitely return to this hotel when in Shantou.

The hotel I booked on a business trip to Shantou is conveniently located next to the high-speed rail station. The hotel room is large and clean. The room type was upgraded for free and breakfast was provided. It was very good. I will choose to stay here again next time I travel.

The front desk service is dedicated to meeting the requirements. Feel at home. The background is clean and lost. The bathroom has used cleaning supplies. The equipment is updated and leaked. Some updates are not completed and loose. The outside noise is not large. But the sound insulation between the rooms is insufficient. The bedside lamp (the leisure lamp of this hotel name) cannot be turned on when it is turned on. The light is white like the daytime. It feels like no rest.

The main reason is that there is not much food nearby, they are all small shabby shops. What about the service? We have stayed in many hotels such as Atour and Huazhu Club before. This time we saw this newly opened hotel in Vienna and wanted to try it. We didn't have breakfast. We asked when we checked in, but the front desk said we didn't have breakfast and asked if it couldn't be delivered. The front desk just nodded and said nothing. We were the only ones in the seats. The New Year's Eve celebrations don't stop until 2:30. Each change is like setting off firecrackers, which affects sleep. The old man didn't go to bed until three o'clock. Later, after checking out, the hotel paid a return visit. The old man mentioned this point, but then there was no response. It was just a joke 😂😂 The cleaning staff threw away the hotel toothpaste and toothbrush that we had only used for one day (the toothpaste was actually not used yet, just took it out and put it aside) and replenished it with new ones. But now the common practice is to replenish rather than throw away the old ones, leaving it up to the customer to decide. This is not very environmentally friendly. Checking in, checking out, and storing luggage were pretty smooth. no problem. You need to scan the Alipay code to issue an invoice. For other hotels, you can open it directly if you have check-in information. This can be simplified. Anyway, we originally considered getting a membership before we moved in. We thought it was okay for the first few hours after we checked in, but then gave up the idea.

Breakfast for two days are good with varieties and quiet environment. Front desk personnel were very helpful in making ehailing on behalf for visitors who don't have any e wallets and hailing apps. A Mr.Liu and his colleague were most friendly and courteous.Access to high speed train is just a 10 minutes pedestrian walkway through an underground passage.

Overall a good stay, the design using bamboo is rather creative and the service is great. It’s good that they have an e-butler service using wechat for international travellers, so you can contact them for any services required. They have a small gym and rooftop bar (which wasn’t opened when I’m there in the morning, but of course). Even though, I was a little disappointed that they don’t have coffee in the room and that they did not change my bed sheets even when there is a stain on it.

Recommended for self-driving tours, the car is easy to park, the service attitude is good, and almost all requests are met. A fruit plate is given upon check-in, and there is also a handwritten thank-you letter. The smart room is clean and bright, the bathroom is large and clear, and there is a small gift bag when you leave the hotel. Although it is not right to pull it down, the same price hotel I stayed in Chaozhou the day before had no parking space, a small bathroom, and no storage space on the countertop. I met his hotel the next day and was really satisfied by comparison!

Generally , the location is very convenient especially it’s near to the famous food street of Shantou, where all the local delicacies are available n tasty. Overall cleanliness, service is good n will definitely come back again.
