The service experience truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and checked me in efficiently and quickly. I especially appreciate them responding to my request immediately and thoughtfully arranging a bright room filled with natural light, which instantly lifted my spirits. The room facilities were brand new, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, making me feel completely at ease. The hallways were also neat and well-lit, showing the hotel's meticulous management in every detail. This stay was absolutely perfect; from the hardware facilities to the soft services, everything was satisfying. I highly recommend it to travelers who prioritize the quality of their accommodation!!

The room was spotless and every detail was thoughtfully considered. There's a sensor light that turns on after you switch off the main lights, which is great for avoiding bumps in the dark. The disposable amenities and bedding were also of excellent quality. At 8 PM, there's an intangible cultural heritage experience where you can follow an instructor to hand-make red peach kueh. From kneading the dough to pressing the patterns, it was really fun, and the instructor taught very meticulously. Afterwards, they even steamed our creations and delivered them to our room – the service was incredibly thorough. If you want to experience Chaoshan's late-night snack culture, this place is just 500 meters from Zhujiang Road Food Street, an easy walk. Many of the restaurants I've saved in my favorites are located there.

The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from a bus stop, with routes 2 and 6 going directly to the high-speed rail station. The 'Can Meme' fast food restaurant, just around the corner on Huanghe Road, offers convenient and affordable dining options. While the hotel's facilities are just average, the service and cleanliness are excellent, earning it a 5-star rating.

Very clean. It's a 7-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. You can borrow a charging cable. The housekeeper was very nice and helped with directions. They even made mung bean soup in the evening and asked if we wanted some. The only minor drawback was not being able to find the fridge in the room.

This hotel is great. The room was comfortable and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it. It's also not far from the highway toll booth, and there are plenty of dining options just a short walk from the hotel, which is super convenient. I actually took these photos after waking up from a good night's sleep, haha...

I initially thought it would be an old hotel, but it far exceeded my expectations. It had the grandeur you'd only find in a classic five-star hotel— understated luxury, clean, and tidy. All the furniture, while vintage, clearly showed their original high quality. Outside, whether in the elevator or hallway, a quick swipe revealed not a speck of dust. It's as if to say that no matter how modern, luxurious, or boutique today's automated renovations get, traditional five-star hotels with an 'old money' style are truly the most tasteful, impressive, and timeless.

This hotel deserves a glowing review! Its location on Zhujiang Road is absolutely perfect, with tons of local specialty food right downstairs. The service was excellent; they went above and beyond, changing my room twice without any fuss. They truly did their best to meet all my needs, and I'm very grateful. I'll definitely be back in Shantou, and when I do, I'll be booking this hotel again.
