My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and check-in was super quick. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few hundred meters walk to Zhujiang Road Food Street, with plenty of dining options and convenient transportation nearby. All the in-room facilities were new and in perfect condition, and the hotel breakfast offered a great variety. Overall, it's really good value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

Found a gem in Shantou! Staying at the Bamboo Rhyme National Style Hotel is so healing ✨ Who's still blindly searching for hotels in Shantou?! I extended my stay at this DIOTEL Chao Hotel for two nights straight, I just didn't want to leave! 👍 As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by bamboo 🎋-themed decor, a perfect blend of national trend and new Chinese style. The turquoise green hues look fresh and clean, while the vintage wall lamps and landscape murals create an incredible ambiance. Every photo you take here turns out beautifully! The room space is huge, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing natural light. Sunlight softly streams in through the sheer curtains. Just flopping onto the sofa with a hot drink is incredibly relaxing 🍵🫖. The bedding is super soft, and the mattress firmness is just right. After a long day of exploring Chaoshan and trying snacks, my legs were aching, but I just laid down and slept soundly until morning! When I had some free time, I even got to experience making intangible cultural heritage Red Peach Kueh (Hong Taoguo) ♥️ by hand: kneading the dough, filling it, and pressing the patterns – I did it all myself. After it was cooked and steamed, I brought it back to my room, truly immersing myself in the local Chaoshan vibe! I absolutely loved the small round table; it was perfect for laying out all the local snacks I bought to slowly enjoy. Plus, thoughtful details like a makeup mirror and smart devices are all provided, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. To all the ladies visiting Shantou, just book this place with your eyes closed! The environment is quiet and so aesthetically pleasing. The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from a bus stop, with routes 2 and 6 going directly to the high-speed rail station. The 'Can Meme' fast food restaurant, just around the corner on Huanghe Road, offers convenient and affordable dining options. While the hotel's facilities are just average, the service and cleanliness are excellent, earning it a 5-star rating.

The transportation is super convenient; you can just hop on bus 105 right outside the hotel to Nan'ao Island. They thoughtfully upgraded me to a room with a window. However, when extending my stay or requesting a late check-out, I had to go back to the front desk to reactivate my room card, otherwise, I'd get locked out twice, which was quite inconvenient! The bottled water in the room was Jing Tian, and the room card was already inserted when I arrived, which was great – I could cool down instantly upon entering the room in this hot weather! The curtains were electric and button-operated, and food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot!

This hotel is great. The room was comfortable and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it. It's also not far from the highway toll booth, and there are plenty of dining options just a short walk from the hotel, which is super convenient. I actually took these photos after waking up from a good night's sleep, haha...

I booked the Imperial Hotel last minute, and as soon as I arrived, I was told my room had been upgraded for free! It was huge and spacious, with brand new facilities and luxurious decor. They even have a free swimming pool for guests – truly befitting an established five-star hotel. The location is also great, close to Zhujiang Road Food Street, which I actually think has better food than Longquan South Road Food Street. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable, especially our butler. She was incredibly thoughtful and patient, contacting us even before we arrived. Once we were there, she surprised us with local Shantou specialties and toys for the kids. Before we left, she proactively arranged our ride to the high-speed train station. The hotel driver was super fast, getting us from the hotel to the station in just five minutes. Our whole trip was made so much better by staying at the Imperial Hotel; I'll definitely be back here next time I visit Shantou!

This hotel deserves a glowing review! Its location on Zhujiang Road is absolutely perfect, with tons of local specialty food right downstairs. The service was excellent; they went above and beyond, changing my room twice without any fuss. They truly did their best to meet all my needs, and I'm very grateful. I'll definitely be back in Shantou, and when I do, I'll be booking this hotel again.

There are also activities like singing bowl, incense appreciation, and scripture copying to experience. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Highly recommended.
