Shantou Hotels with Swimming Pools

I staying here my second time because the first time was just so great ! The second time though wasn’t as great ( it was 3 years later ). Before the pandemic the staff really made you feel like a vip , recently, that magic seems to have disappeared. I hope they fix this.

Shantou Sheraton is located at a very convenient for most of the tourist. Parking is available with many spaces and easily accessible back to our room. I am very impressed with most of their staff - Zoe did a fast and friendly check in upon my arrival and Eleven also did an amazing job during our check out. Most of their staff are well trained and proactive. I will definitely recommend Shamtou Sheraton to anyone coming for a vacation here.

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.

Generally , the location is very convenient especially it’s near to the famous food street of Shantou, where all the local delicacies are available n tasty. Overall cleanliness, service is good n will definitely come back again.

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel room is spacious and clean. If you want to stay in non smoking room, can request for floor# 15. The only slightly bad point their breakfast. They were serving the same variety throughout my 5 nights days which was kind of boring for me.

The room is fully equipped with an induction cooker and a refrigerator, and even tea sets for making Kung Fu tea. There is an underground parking lot for parking, and the car can be parked directly at the elevator entrance, which is also very convenient. It is very close to the small park and Longyan South Road, and it is basically within walking distance. Because I want to go shopping and don’t want to drive, I can discuss with the hotel to park for a few more hours after checking out. I forgot the tablet in the room when I left. It is a very nice business hotel, in my opinion better than the Regency 5* hotel. It’s clean and the WIFI is strong, good for online meetings. Room is a little bit small, but the terrace makes it good again.

There is a large parking space outside the hotel. Not only is it free but there is a security guard to lead the parking. The hotel lobby is very luxurious. After the check-in at the front desk, I went up from the elevator next to it. The front desk helped us upgrade the room. After entering the room, I found that it was more spacious. The overall look is simple and warm, I like this hotel very much, will come again next time!

It is an old parent-child hotel. It is very good in terms of service and parent-child activity design! During this National Day, where everyone is everywhere, it makes walking the baby easy and not wasteful! The overall style of the hotel room is old-fashioned Nanyang style. It is a bit old but the hygiene is still relatively clean and tidy. The breakfast variety is a bit less. It is relatively simple. It is recommended to add more choices in the future. The service is still very satisfactory. During the day, the hotel designs various parent-child activities. Children participate. Very strong feeling, I also got water guns and sand digging toys, and then played crazy in the water park next to it for an afternoon. Hotel guests can enter and exit unlimited times. In general, the hotel is still very cost-effective. It is worth staying.
