我入住的是行政套房。遺憾的是，我的住宿體驗遠遠沒有達到我對於一家收費超過600元酒店的期待。以下是我遇到的主要問題：
• 熱水供應問題：酒店的熱水供應不僅不熱，而且水流異常細小，這使得洗澡成為一種挑戰。更令人難以置信的是，酒店竟然需要電工來處理熱水問題，並且告知每位住客需要等待20-30分鐘才能使用熱水。這樣的服務水平對於一家高級酒店來説是不可接受的。
• 水壓問題：水壓低到幾乎無法使用，要麼沒有熱水，要麼水壓過低，這使得即使是洗手這樣簡單的日常活動也變得困難。
• 裝修問題：牆紙的接縫明顯，給人一種廉價的感覺，這與高級酒店的形象背道而馳。
• 冰箱問題：房間裏的冰箱竟然是沒有接通電源的，這讓我非常困惑。擺一個不能用的冰箱在房間裏是什麼意思？我付款了600多元，難道就是這樣的服務嗎？如果冰箱不能使用，那麼它的存在就毫無意義，這進一步降低了我對酒店的滿意度。
• 牙刷質量：酒店提供的牙刷質量極差，使用不到十秒鐘就已經開始開花，這樣的一次性用品質量令人難以置信。
總體來説，我對這次住宿體驗感到非常失望。我希望貴酒店能夠重視這些問題，並採取措施改善，以確保未來的客人能夠享受到他們所期待的服務和設施。
