From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and this was the case throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating and extremely professional. We stayed in the fashionable suite. The room had a fantastic view, especially in the evening from the bathtub. Our booking included breakfast which was buffer style with many options western and Chinese. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

I am a foreign traveller from Singapore. On my day of arrival on 29 December, i was greeted friendly by the front desk named Mr 小戴. He gave me a free room upgrade and answered to all my queries patiently and politely. On the second night, i seeked some help from the front desk Miss 小胡 and she too was really friendly and courteous. Thumbs up to those two people. The room was clean, and all amenities were functioning properly except that the shower drain may be a bit clog and water may flow out when turning on full tap for shower. The location is very close to Shaoguan railway station, just 15 minutes walk over the bridge. There are also many eateries nearby with a shopping mall just opposite of the main road. The breakfast was sumptuous with decent amount of chinese choices in buffet style. Some oranges are available and soy drink and tea for drink. I will definitely consider coming to this hotel again if i visit Shaoguan in the future.

First of all, thank you. Almighty Huan Xiaopeng and Xiao Hou were super considerate in their service. They upgraded the room type. On October 5th, I changed my clothes when I went to the temporarily booked room. I put my clothes on the bedside. After taking a shower, I found a bug on it (unknown and not photographed), so I went to the front desk to get the insecticide. Sleep at ease after spraying. Then I always felt uncomfortable. I saw 2 small bugs on the sheets. So I went to the front desk to change the sheets. It was already 0:00 and the front desk changed our room. It's better. . . . It seems to be a bit more expensive. The online price is 30 yuan expensive. Except the sheets are different, the others are basically the same. So what's the difference in writing a house? In fact, the boss used dim sum, it should be very different. I do not recommend it very much, and regret not reading the evaluation seriously. . .
