Nice stay kind staff

The Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park. The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor. We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns. The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

I bring my kids here almost every year to stay and play here. The hotel environment is very good and there are many breakfast varieties. This time it was Dabao's birthday. Thank you Xiaolin at the front desk for helping to upgrade the parent-child family room. The kids are very happy! (It's still good to come here if it's not winter or summer vacation. There is no need to queue up for the activities and the breakfast is not crowded.) I have to say that the 2-day unlimited entry to the park is still very cost-effective!

The room is nice, the hotel's Chinese restaurant and farmhouse are very unique. It may be a weekday, and the National Day holiday has just passed, so there are not many people staying, and it is quite deserted. The hotel is located in the three major parks, and it is very convenient to enter and exit

When we went there, there was a room available, so we checked in right away. The front desk lady who checked us in was very nice, and even gave us free room items because we had children. The hotel is very close to the park, so it's convenient to go there.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the view outside the window is really romantic. It can be called the second Disney. My mother is very satisfied. The water park is the best managed and cleanest park I have ever been to. I like to come to the water park here. I am not sure about the other places. The land park is also very fun. I like to visit the museum inside the most. The collection is rich and worth seeing. The breakfast is especially rich and tastes good. I plan to go there once a year in the future.

This is an old hotel. The ocean room we stayed in is not new and the facilities need to be improved. However, the amusement park in the hotel is still very cost-effective. The Cool Play is a reduced version of Disney, and I also saw the last fireworks show. The water park is also very good. Overall, it is suitable for students before 5th grade.

We booked a package of Jinsha Hotel + Shanshui World on Ctrip. We took two children to stay in the hotel for two consecutive nights. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is pretty good.
