My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the location is great and the swimming pool is good, the room itself was disappointing. It smelled damp and was not clean. Additionally, the breakfast offered was very poor in quality. Overall, despite the positives of the location and the pool, the poor room conditions and unsatisfactory breakfast make it hard to recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, amenities needed to be updated in some areas such as gym. People at this hotel are so kind and dedicated to help at any time and ready to go the extra mile to meet your needs. I will come back again

Everything is not bad, but not ideal. If you are not too bothered about the service, then it will do.

The second time with a child stayed in this hotel. Pros: the air conditioner does not turn off when you leave the room, they clean every day, it is clean, the nearest beach is 15 minutes walk away. This time there was a transfer to the Al Khan beach at a convenient time before lunch. We were given almost the furthest room and therefore it was quiet! Cons: the room was on the first floor and it is very humid there, the linen does not dry at all. You can hang it on the balcony if you buy a rope. It is not close to the shopping center and other infrastructure, for children who like to walk it is normal. But there was a transfer to Mega Mall and Sahara Mall

The hotel is excellent, we definitely recommend it! The main advantage is the price/quality ratio, comfort and the sea. The sea is within walking distance, 10-15 minutes at a slow pace - very convenient, because many hotels in Sharjah do not have a sea nearby. The water is crystal clear, absolutely smooth in the morning, small waves in the evening. 2 times a day a transfer takes you to the far beach, everything is equipped there (toilets, changing rooms, shower). The hotel has very nice staff, always friendly, everything is clean, cleaning every day, changing towels (if they are not hanging to dry), tea/coffee, water, shampoos, beach towels - they give you out. Regarding food: it is important to understand that there are few cafes nearby, or they are 20-30 minutes away, based on our feelings. It is easier to eat at the hotel (or order delivery, but we did not try). We had breakfast included when booking, for lunches and dinners we periodically went, paying for the buffet ourselves. Until 10/18/24 it was 45 per person (lunch/dinner), from 10/18 it became 70. There was breakfast on the last day. You can eat at the hotel, ordering from the menu, but we did not appreciate it, it seemed that they were more focused on the buffet. Of the cool places +- we found it hard: feras sweets and Alshaam juices (see Yandex). A taxi to/from Union was -+70, to Palma 130, to Al Maktoub 170.

The hotel is good for 4, a bit far from the airport. The staff is polite, you can eat at the hotel, breakfast is buffet style. The room is comfortable, clean, we had a good rest between flights. The beach is about 1 km, maybe less, at the same distance there is a supermarket where you can buy everything.

The key is that there is a super beautiful beach very close to the hotel, absolutely beautiful!

Check-in is from 12. If you want it earlier, pay 30 dollars. But even when we arrived at 12, they checked us in for half an hour, it's a nightmare, it's very long. We were tired after the flight, we wanted to sleep. In the restaurant you can order from the menu if meals are not included. There is a Starbucks at the hotel, you can have a snack there too. The room is clean, the balcony is small, the room is large, there is everything you need.
