The hotel seems to have opened in 2020, and the facilities are very new and complete. Service: Ctrip can exchange points for arrival at 10 o'clock and departure at 14 o'clock. When I arrived after 9 o'clock and the room was not cleaned, the hotel upgraded the room! The service is great! Environment: Not bad, the location is convenient, the bus station is not far, and taxis are all nearby. It was quite windy during the event where fans were given away for short commentaries that day.

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

This hotel is amazing, the staff is warm, the health is very good, the air conditioning is not seen, the common stains and holes on the sofa wall are not, there is no dust, the sink is still glass, but the bathroom lights are very dark. The city view room was upgraded with Trip.com rights, but it looked like this outside the window. . . Be sure to pay attention to this hotel. The hotel does not provide disposable combs and slippers, and later when I turned over the order, I found that the simple room showed that there was no wifi. I was shocked. I didn't know if the message was not updated or really not. The worst is sound insulation. Downstairs is the shopping mall. There are several squares around. Some people will sing karaoke and square dance. The sound insulation is so poor that there is no same. The air conditioner is not very powerful, the quilt is thin, and the weather is still cold at about 10 degrees.
