The hotel is clean and spacious. Just have a short stay there , no comment.

Housekeeping is top-notch as compared to the other hotels I have stayed in China. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with dish washing detergent, laundry washing powder and cleaning aids. Breakfast spread provided is delightful. Will stay again if I visit Shenyang.

Walking distance from Shenyang Train Station. Next to a major pedestrian shopping street, Taiyuan Lu, with a supermarket. The "Little Europe District" on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

Near the shopping center, Taiyuanjie street. The staffs are very friendly and can speak english. Room was great. There are kitchen and washing machine. I would come to stay here again if i have chance to visit shenyang😄

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Somerset is an international brand, but the management is very Chinese. The lobby smell is also very Chinese. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Every thing was great, except that I still have not received my security deposit yet. I was told it would be refunded back to my account but hasn't happened yet. This is very upsetting.

It took us a while to drag our luggages in the cold to the hotel. Corridor was a bit long too with only lift on one end. The apartment unit (2022) was clean, big and cosy. Fridge smells a little and soup spoon was not available. Breakfast spread is pretty good as there were different variety for both days. Food and malls were easily available/accessible nearby. Overall, it was a good experience.

Customer service was great. Well equipped with modern facilities such as washing machine with dryer, kitchen and fridge. Room was clean and WiFi was strong.

The hotel is nice the food is not that great

Jody at the front desk was professional and friendly. The bathtub was the best thing about our stay and the fact that it's pet friendly. The breakfast is advertised as "International" but nothing is even remotely on an international standard, bland, mediocre and poorly managed. It is listed as RMB85 but is more in a RMB30-40 range. The restaurant staff is not professional. They should be able to help guests that aren't on the prepaid list without making a scene. Using the spa facilities was a bit of a mission. You have to phone reception and then they send a staff member to the spa desk. Everything is turned off so it takes a while to heat up. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not that enjoyable. The sauna was awesome. Only one elevator was working (out of three) so expect to wait between 5 and 10 minutes each time.
