They gave me an upgrade on the room , it was large but i dont like it with carpet. Amenities and things in the bath were fine. Inside the room, lights has an annoying feature of self turn-off after a short period of time. Maybe for green reason. Don’t think it is appropriate/nesccessary for a premise ran as four/five star hotel. Also , that neighbourhood of Luo Wu was not worth these pricing. And the breakfast was little underwhelming. And the hospitality was little like security guard. They should definitely visit some international brand name to see how the experience is to be crafted. Overall, the hardware was there but it definitely need more soul to be a guest worthy place.

Secondly, the decoration of the hotel is very stylish and simple, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The room is clean and tidy, with all the facilities. The bed is very comfortable, and it feels like sleeping on a cloud. In addition, the hotel's service is also very thoughtful, and the staff is warm and friendly, giving people a homely feeling. I feel this is a very cost-effective hotel. My mother and I came to Shuibei from Jiangsu to buy gold. We stayed at the Atour S Hotel next to Shuibei on the first night. Atour S is conveniently located. Shuibei is just a few steps downstairs. We booked For a double bed with breakfast, breakfast alone costs 88/person, which is quite expensive in the current economic environment. Moreover, you can easily buy breakfast that locals eat every day downstairs for a few dollars. This 88 is indeed a waste of money. Since it was my first time to come to Shuibei and I wasn’t sure how long I would stay there, I didn’t book the hotel in advance for the next day. I booked this hotel in Vienna by chance. I thought it was clean and quiet. The entire hotel lobby, elevators, and corridors were very nice. It’s clean, and there are many types of breakfast. The most important thing is that the price is cheap. If you have a limited budget, I think Vienna is a very good choice. After all, no one’s money is blown by the strong wind. The location is not bad, and it is close to The Tianbei subway entrance is very close. It is not a problem for my mother and I to walk two steps more. There are many restaurants and snack bars nearby, which is very convenient.

It was already 3:00 when we checked in, and we still had to wait for the cleaning lady to come to the room. After entering the room, we found that the shoe prints on the ground were left by the air conditioner repairman, which meant that the cleaning had not been completed at all. However, notifying the front desk was completed quickly. There is a Walmart near this hotel, which is very convenient. The facilities in the room are also very sufficient, especially the washing machine with drying function. 

This time it was very convenient to stay here!! It's next to Jinzhan and Shuibei, so it's very convenient to travel, and the boss is very nice, the hygiene is very clean! I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!
