Environment: The hotel is located in Reservoir Park, next to a large shopping mall. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is a food street with many restaurants nearby. Overall, this is a cost-effective hotel, which is very suitable for leisure travel. The bad thing is that the traffic is relatively average. You can only take the bus to the hotel, and it is a distance from the subway station.

The front desk service is very enthusiastic. My friends came to stay with us temporarily. The front desk helped us change the room. It was very flexible and worth a thumbs up! The hotel room is very clean and I feel relieved to stay here! I was surprised that they gave us souvenirs, including a lot of small cookies and candies. It feels very thoughtful. They gave me an upgrade on the room , it was large but i dont like it with carpet. Amenities and things in the bath were fine. Inside the room, lights has an annoying feature of self turn-off after a short period of time. Maybe for green reason. Don’t think it is appropriate/nesccessary for a premise ran as four/five star hotel. Also , that neighbourhood of Luo Wu was not worth these pricing. And the breakfast was little underwhelming. And the hospitality was little like security guard. They should definitely visit some international brand name to see how the experience is to be crafted. Overall, the hardware was there but it definitely need more soul to be a guest worthy place.

The boss is very good. I upgraded the room for free. Thank you very much. The transportation is convenient nearby.

A Vienna that subverts my inertial understanding, I don't like the Baroque style used in Vienna, but the decoration of this house is good and all aspects are more atmospheric. I usually stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen during my business trips for its proximity and is always my choice even for my personal trips. Even if I only swing by Shenzhen for a day trip, I will definitely have my dim sum breakfast in 香宫 before moving off to next destination. This time round, I had a last minute booking for my birthday celebration and was pleasantly surprised by the hand written note from Cheng Li - the Guest relationship officer. Cheng Li wished me a happy birthday and prepared a delicious cheese cake which was considerately stored in the fridge for me. The room is also decorated with a handmade artwork using towels which symbolized my Chinese horoscope! I am very impressed by the details and effort. I will of course continue to stay at Shangri-La Shenzhen whenever I am traveling to Shenzhen and will definitely recommend staying there to my peers!
