Love the location and convenience of having a bath and shower combo in the room. The beds are super comfortable and the check in process is hassle free. I love the fact rooms have a coffee machine included and a mini bar fridge. Love staying here. Will be back again soon.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel for 3D2N. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make my stay unforgettable. The hotel's exceptional staff, good location (just beside One Mall), and good food made it an outstanding experience. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had throughout my stay. Their personalized service truly went above and beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Situated right beside One Mall, with lots of restaurants and indoor playground/games for kids, the hotel was perfect for family travellers like us. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to public transportation, making it even more convenient for visitors to navigate the area. The rooms were spacious and clean with good sea-view. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout my stay. In conclusion, my time at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yantian. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel guarantees a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. Too expensive for what you get, pool was closed too. Definitely stay in a cheaper hotel if you ever want to visit Shekou. Rooms too dark and depressing, trying to be cool but it’s just hard to see.

If someone wants to enjoy the stay in a hotel near beach side, this is the perfect hotel for that. The room we stayed was well equiped, it was a sea view room. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The service is very satisfying. Although it was Friday, the manager upgraded our room in a discounted rate. The view from the room is heavenly. We wanted to stay in the room and enjoy the view rather than going to the beach. There is a Chaoshi next to the hotel which arranges barbeque, fortunately we found halal meat there. The breakfast at Maymay restaurant was very good. This hotel is highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel back in 2019 and it was an excellent choice at that time, so when I came back to shenzhen after all these years this hotel was my first choice, im glad that I have found the service even better than before, condition of rooms is also perfect now. This hotel is your perfect choice if you're willing to stay in the heart of the electronic market in Shenzhen. I'm travelling back to China in the next few months and this hotel will be my first choice to stay in. I would also personally thank all the staff for their sincere willingness to help their guests.

The hotel staff were very friendly and could all speak English really well. I was happy with the mini bar and my hotel window review which was really spectacular at night time. Hopefully I will be back next time I visit Futian for the weekend!

Great hotel! The rooms are nice and good quality, offer nice views, the staff is friendly and helpful. You can do laundry for free and the gym is also not bad. If you have a reason to be in this area, this is the hotel to choose.

Positives The hotel was clean and had beautiful views, just make sure you stay above the tenth floor to truly enjoy them. It was very close to the metro and just a walk away from Wutong mountain. The gym was fully equipped and clean, there was even a relatively big outdoor pool that I didn't know they had until I saw it from the gym. The breakfast was also good although not a western breakfast which is what I was hoping for. Negatives This is small but there was no bottle opener or spoon in the room to stir my coffee with. The staff were friendly but like most hotels I've been to in China, they didn't know anything about the area such as if foreigners could quickly and easily rent out bikes. They could've just explained that it takes one WORKING DAY to verify your ID to use the bike app which I had to figure out on my own. They should have this information along with other information like what are the best beaches both nearby and far away as well as some restaurants they would recommend. Overall, the hotel is great value for money and I'd happily stay here again, especially knowing they have a fairly big outdoor pool. Although the area is not for tourists as there is nothing to see apart from Wutong mountain which was great, it's still worth staying in as you have the metro nearby.

The room is big enough for the price. Very clean, the bed is comfy. Nice mountain view. Very quiet.. Big room and bathroom. I think the pillows they need to upgrade. Reasonable price. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is a little far from the beach but everything is ok. The location is just in front of the bus stop.
