Exceptional, above and beyond expectation from the two lady receptionist Miss Qin and Miss Liu. Always greeted with a smile and makes you feel like coming home from a long day of sightseeing or shopping in Shenzhen. The ladies were very helpful in answering all my questions. Would also like to mention that one of the male receptionist spoke cantonese and very polite and helpful. I stayed on the 8th Floor for almost two weeks, so I want thank the housekeeping lady for cleaning my messy room everyday. Again, excellent performance and always greeted everyday with a smile. Overall, good value for money. A short walk to the metro station that links you to the whole of Shenzhen. You will love this hotel if you are a foodie as there is the food street across the road with cuisines from all parts of China. The streets comes alive with tables out (tai pai dong style) and beer too. One recommendation for the hotel is to add a Guangzhou CCTV for Cantonese guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel to travellers.

 The hotel is close to Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient. The hotel  The front desk staff is courteous and professional. In the morning, rmb34 buys one get one free, and children under 140cm are free. The rooms are spacious and clean,  supplies are complete, and there are children's slippers.  There is a snack department under the hotel open until 12 am.  overall feels good.
