公寓位置還是不錯的，緊臨科創中心，離荔林地鐵站步行幾分鐘。公寓房間算是蠻大的，設施該有也都有。通風采光什麼的也都不錯。要説不足的話可能是搞衞生的阿姨可能不夠細緻吧。
