ji Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an Airport gushu Branch Reviews

Love this hotel so much, friendly staffs from front desk to housekeeper. Washing machine and dryer are very convenient to use at public area. I like the pillows, mattress, TV, tea, slippers and even the shower soap... The location is right beside Gushu mrt exit E, easy for commuters. I will definitely revisit the other branches of Ji hotel!

This is my second stay. The overall feeling is very good and highly recommended. The environmental sanitation is good in all aspects. Although it is close to the airport, the overall sound insulation is good. It is very quiet without opening the windows.

The first negative review was given to Jiji Shenzhen Baoan Airport Gurong store, and the store did what it deserved. I brought my child under six years old to check in at around 9pm. I went into the room to wash the child's hands and found a short hair of about 2cm near the sink (Picture 1). I didn't call the front desk. I thought it wouldn't be easy for the cleaning lady to clean it. Where should I start from? A hair falling down is understandable. I went to the bathroom at around ten o'clock and found a hair on the bath towel above the toilet (Picture 2, it's a hair!) I couldn't bear it, thinking we didn't need it. At 11:30, I spread dirty sheets for my children to sleep. When I came out of the shower, I lifted the quilt. It was really eye-opening. I found something like mouse droppings on the quilt (Picture 3). I couldn’t bear it. I called the front desk to come over and check. Hair and mouse droppings (the front desk picked it up with paper towels after looking at it and threw it into the trash can). The front desk wanted to change our room. Because there was a lot of luggage and the children were sleepy, it was inconvenient, so they asked us to change the bed sheets, quilt, pillow cover (Picture 4) The front desk said that the problem would be reported to the manager tomorrow morning and he would be given an answer. Something even more shocking came. The next day, the manager apologized and said the mouse poop-like thing was a black hair ball dropped by the cleaning lady. Oh my God, I can really make it up. If it was a hair ball, why did the front desk wrap it up with paper towels? Throw it away, don't tell me it's a hairball. The manager's response was to give me a bottle of aromatherapy as compensation. Oh my God, I need this bottle of aromatherapy! The hair appears in two places and mouse droppings appear on the bed. Can a bottle of aromatherapy solve the child's health problems? This is the whole season’s attitude towards dealing with problems!

It was my first time to stay at this all-season hotel and it was a great experience. The room is large, the windows are bright and clean, and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is very suitable for friends who have a flight in the morning. It is also very close to the subway station, so you can just go out. The staff's service attitude is also very good and polite. The food delivery is all done by robots, which is very good.

這是我第三次入住這品牌的酒店，這酒店的地理位置非常好，和之前入住其他地方的全季酒店不同，這酒店就在地鐵站旁邊，非常方便！房間整潔，服務員友善，有健身房和自助洗衣房，在離店前把衣服洗乾淨才回家，真好👍🏻

總體還算可以，但房間打掃得不是特別乾淨，地上有很多腳印。但前台很有耐心。 讓我最失望的是 - 這是我住過床最硬的一個全季。整晚幾乎沒有睡好，像是木板床一樣。現在想想都難以置信。另外就是隔音比較差，可以聽到樓上腳步聲與窗外鳴笛。 如果再來深圳轉機，我個人是不會來這個全季住了。

各方面都比較滿意，符合全季水準。 大堂在三樓，客房在十樓以上。 出門是地鐵站，而且有M527，18分鐘直達機場，3元票價，付款寶微信可付款。 外圍有商業街，吃喝用非常方便。推薦一家奶茶店：茶話弄。 雖然離國展中心有45分鐘地鐵時間，還要轉乘一趟，但展會期間這裏都滿員了。

酒店的配套設施也非常完善。健身房內設備齊全，讓喜歡運動的我可以隨時保持活力，床上用品乾淨整潔，散發著清新的氣息。房間內的設施一應俱全，下次有機會再過來。

如果洗漱用品再加上護髮素就更完美啦 早點很不錯 早點時間可以再延長一下就更完美了 房間內很不錯 隔音很不錯 我習慣睡覺有一盞夜燈 如果衞浴或門廳的燈可以單獨留一盞就更完美啦 總體很不錯 沒打滿分是留一個進步空間🤭

酒店位置就在地鐵口旁邊，房間很乾凈，服務熱情，早餐品種齊全，有自助洗衣房很方便，旁邊有很多吃的、玩的，點外賣機器人送上來很快。

今年開始對全季酒店有特別好的印象，電視夠大，乾濕分離，產品衞生，整個房間的佈局非常合理，酒店有洗衣房，可以免費使用洗衣機烘乾機。對於商務出差的人是非常友好，性價比超高。早餐種類豐富，可以滿足營養所需。前台小哥哥小姐姐們的服務非常熱情。及時的給延遲退房。總之無腦選擇全季酒店就對了。

房間明亮乾淨整潔，隔音效果很好，床墊和枕頭非常舒服，酒店人員熱情有禮，樓下就是地鐵站和購物中心，出遊吃飯便捷，性價比超高！

房間乾淨衞生，臨街，附近食店多，一出酒店就是地鐵口，交通十分方便，服務態度好，感覺全季品牌的魅力非常好。很喜歡房間的茶具。

酒店地處深圳東站西廣場正對面，下火車過馬路就是，非常方便，位置屬於商業區，餐飲購物都很方便，酒店大堂很寬敞明亮，房間面積比一般酒店要大，最重要還是落地窗，房間設計温馨，前台客房服務人員都很熱情，有問題積極處理，下次還來！
