New hotel with nice ambience and clean rooms. There is a nice cafe at the lobby level.
However, despite being under the Hyatt chain, this hotel is neither luxurious not does it cater specifically to foreign visitors. It is more akin to newer, higher-end domestic chains.
The location is well-situated near malls as well as checkpoints to HK such as Shenzhen Bay (land) and Shekou (sea). But the hotel is itself situated within an office tower. There is no sheltered lobby - problematic when it rains - and the tower's security staff is rude and does not allow taxis to enter the tower.

The hotel environment is very good. There is a courtyard for rest on the 40th floor. It is very close to the subway exit A. It is very good. The service at the front desk No. 11 is good.
