Location is excellent. Amenities in the toilet is lacking. No shelf inside the shower area. Shampoo and shower gel can only be placed on the floor. This room is for large family but there is only a movable hanging rack. No wardrobe installed. Initially owner is accommodating. But on my last day, owner did not respond to my request of housekeeping services. Kind of making this stay not that attractive. Nonetheless, location is really good and the washing machine and the av projector are positives.

I couldn't see the repeat, and there was no response at all. The apartment's customer service WeChat only responded the next day because I fell asleep, so there was no response, and the response said that there was nothing I could do. Do I need to handle this situation myself? The free video service in the room is an included service and cannot be enjoyed at all 3. The air conditioner in the room drips very seriously. I told the customer service that when this happens, I will temporarily put a towel on the ground to absorb water. When the customer service comes to replenish the necessary supplies, I thought they would deal with it, but they looked at it. No response at all, no solution provided This greatly affects the mood of this trip 4. I made a reservation to check out at 2 pm on the day of check-out.
