Fraser Suites Shenzhen Reviews

Absolutely lovely hotel with a gorgeous pool and rooftop bar view. I enjoyed every night that I stay there. The pool and the gym were great. There is a cold plunge and a hot tub in the changing room along with a sauna and steam room. You have to make sure you take advantage of the pool table and the relaxation room with the massage chairs. And a great way to wind down the night as to have a drink on the rooftop. Very close to a shopping mall that’s across the street and near several restaurants. If you feel like taking a walk, there is a beautiful park across the street. The breakfast was standard with Western and Chinese options. The hot pot restaurant was good but expensive. Would definitely stay here again. 

Excellent hotel, amazing swimming pool with infinity edges and a beautiful skylines view of the city. Really friendly staff, Zoey is great and very helpful! Will come back more often

Elegant and luxury stay in a very central location of Shenzhen. Next to the large shopping mall and subway station. Excellent roof pool with a stunning view to the city. Also with a new air conditioned gym, leisure area and two clean, perfectly fitted saunas. Thanks to the help of friendly staff Zoey and Fancy, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Recommend for all types of travel to Shenzhen.

Nice n clean

First time staying at a Fraser Suite and it did not disappoint. Excellent location with ample eateries and bars nearby. The suite is extremely comfortable and has lots of space. The only improvement they need is that the washer/dryer unit has no real drying function and clothes remain wet after a few hours of drying cycle. Other than that it’s highly recommended and will stay with them again.

Fraser suites was a great location for our business travel with easy access to the electronics market and other vendors in the area. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious and very well kept. I would stay at the Fraser again.

Overall speaking, in terms of the hotel’s location, entertainment facilities , including the receptionist who helped me to check in was very nice. However, I think there was lack of staff for the place we had breakfast in the morning. Dirty dishes remained on our table for more than 30 minutes before it were taken away. One of the staff even disposed dirty dishes from another table to our table (even my family members were still eating in the table) and she said to us that someone will come back to take away the tray with dishes on top later. Such behaviour really shocked us and ruined our pleasant experience on the hotel up to the occurrence of the incident. Hope the hotel could really look into the matter.

Swimming pool is great. The room is very spacious with well equipped kitchen. The receptionists (Karen and Zero) are nice and helpful with our luggage.

Excellent location, right at the heart of the city centre. The suite was spacious & equipped with a large kitchen, full with amities. High table around the dinning area’s a nice touch. As for the rest of the hotel’s facilities, I’m especially impressed with the infinity pool & the golf stimulator. Many thanks to Karen, Zero & Saker at the reception, upon my arrival, for being quite helpful during check-in & answering some personal enquiries I had throughout my stay.
