This is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. It was like a royal experience! The rooms and windows are absolutely huge! You will definitely feel like you have won the lottery if you stay here!

The room is large and staff is helpful. Location is great and near to MTR. It would be better if the Chinese tea is complimentary in the room.

The worst experience ever. The hotel do not a swimming pool but there’s site shows that they do.

Curtain button malfunction for room 1705. Do not disturb switch malfunction for room 1707. Wifi access needs China mobile number. Not free for any people without China mobile number.

Room is spacious. Service is Okay. Front desk staff speaks Cantonese. Facility is limited. In my room, the boiling kettle is not working. Location is good. 5 minutes walk from Metro.

Water leaks from the shower throat. Otherwise service and room good.

overall the hotel room was ok , but the room not bright enough and bad window view close to the residents apartment. Had a bad experience on their 8/F massage, they made a mistake and overcharged the massage and I need to negotiated to get my money back at last. It was painful massage and I feel the pain even the next day. Location is not easy to find, hard to find a taxi, we will not come back again.
