初次入住，前台安排的房間出現問題，相關基本配備如電熱水壺、茶包及衣架付之闕如，經反映後，前台給予升級改房間，二天早餐品項80%重複，雖然味道不錯，升級後房間內部陳設一切都好

A new business hotel, which's located in Nanshan, Shenzhen. Many taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is. Also, there's no space for you to park the car in front of the hotel lobby, so that you have to carry the luggage from the road outside to the hotel lobby, which's definitely inconvenient. In addition, the bed frame is fairly hard - if you prefer the soft one, this bed frame will definitely make you uncomfortable. The service of the Hotel is just normal, which's not really outstanding. If I come back to Shenzhen again, I will definitely choose another one with better rate.

The stay was beyond our expectations. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Special mention to Bella and Miki (I hope I got their names right).
The rooms were so comfortable for my 3 generational family.
Location is further from Luohu, do take note if you intend to head there. Nothing didi can't solve for a ride.

There are many points of satisfaction.
1️⃣Service
First of all, as soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, the doorman came out to pick up my luggage. He was very friendly and didn't smell like cigarettes.
Secondly, the front desk ladies, such as Yuki and Jaycee, left a good impression on me, especially the curly-haired lady, who was very nice and gave detailed introductions and answered questions.
2️⃣Sanitation and sound insulation
It was very clean and tidy, with good sound insulation. I could rest quietly. There was also a meeting room for meetings, which was great!
3️⃣Surrounding environment
The location is good. You can visit Wu Guanzhong's exhibition downstairs, as well as Chen Pengpeng's gourmet restaurant and bar.
4️⃣Facilities
There is a gym and breakfast. The only suggestion is to put a sign in the lobby. Some people don't want to keep asking for directions.
