The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The location may seemed out of the way from the other parts of Shenzhen town but everything is about 15-20 minutes taxi ride away, however I did enjoy the area as it was located next to a mall (did not explore much but there's mcdonalds, subway and quite some other restaurants; no shopping though) and lots of greenery and open area for kids to run around in the morning. Area is still developing so expect some constructions around (no noise in the apartment). Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback I would have is that the toilet clogs easily (guest bathroom).

We didn't check in until after 9pm that night, and Yuki at the front desk was attentive and helped us get the room as soon as possible! We ordered late night snacks twice and the hotel staff helped deliver them to the room. The service was really considerate! Highly recommended to other friends who will be useful when they return to Nanshan!
