Very nice hotel with mostly muji furniture and household items. Good quality of room amenities. Very good customer service. Right above muji flagship store and beside upper Hill shopping mall. Very convenient too. Everything is perfect.

Stunning location where you can eat and shop at the Muji store. Absolutely fantastic services. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant; I definitely want to visit again.

perfect location, clean and spacious room; friendly staffs and they are all very helpful and with prompt respond; the hotel is right above a huge shopping mall and is a perfect spot for shopper. Easy access to the subway. only not enough direction in the shopping mall and it's easy to get lost for the first time user.

The hotel location is excellent good, reception staff are very helpful and polite, simple but sophisticated design of the hotel. Some suggestion to improve: 1) the hair dryer is not heat enough to dry hair 2) forks and spoons may included in amenities 3) for the restaurant,no small size spoons for eating cereal, and for coffee

One of the complementary bottle of orange juice is actually opened but not drank? Because the juice level is full. The lighting is not very strong. And there is not a magnifying mirror at the sink. Otherwise, everything is very satisfying. Will definitely go again. I particularly love the choice of pillows.

If you are a Muji lover, I recommend you to visit this hotel because they use Muji products. The location of the hotel is quite good.

It's my second time staying at muji hotel (first time being 5 years ago). It's still clean and relaxing. Breakfast options are quite a lot so it's definitely worth to top up to include breakfast.
