住过很多次，以往每次都可免費升級，但这次不可以，而且廁所渠氣味很大。如果不能免費升級，普通客房可說非常殘舊；就以普通客房的品質及價錢來比較，基本上沒有什麼優勢，同级或以上的比比皆是。

酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。也有提供免費洗衣機和烘乾機，前台618熱情服務好，酒店WiFi信號強，連接上網速很快，酒店也有免費停車場，在深圳停車是很麻煩的，所以有個自帶停車場的酒店就非常方便

房間很窄和小，只得一張床、一張枱和一隻小窗，房間係樓層最尾近後樓梯，而且仲有職員係度處理緊用過的床單，前台仲話已經升級咗，落樓下投訴先俾返上次訂過的房間，即是並沒有升級，所以住咗一晚就離開
