The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfy. The first room smelt like smoke so the staff kindly moved me to another room. However the carpet was very stained and dirty throughout the hotel, and the washing machine was on every night from midnight which could be heard from the room. Location was good for me as I was staying near my friend but there isn’t much around. It’s also on a main road which could be a bit noisy.

A mediocre place with bad service. No smiles, no hellos, just want to get you out of their sight.

This hotel is so outrageous that it's scary. It looks clean from the outside, but the pillows smelled bad when I slept in the middle of the night. I took off the pillowcase and saw the shocking scene in the picture (the camera also has a beauty function to beautify it a bit). I was completely insomnia and called the guest room to ask for a replacement, but the pillows I got were all in the same condition! They also argued that they had all been disinfected! I especially can't understand that the most basic hygiene in a hotel is bedding, but the pillow core is so dirty that it's disgusting. Can a pillowcase really cover up the situation? ! Thinking of my head and face pressed against such a dirty pillow, I stayed up all night and ran away early in the morning! It really ruins the outlook on life.

For the room booked by Ctrip, the front desk didn’t feel like welcoming me. The room was messy like a maze. There were several rooms in the middle of the night.
