Great location, helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out. Absolutely cannot beat the value if you’re staying in Shenzhen. Will be back, frequently!

We spotted and killed a few baby cockroaches in the room, the mini bar fridge is not working either. Stayed two nights and the first night aircon was not working.
The beds were however very nice. My friend and I refused to get up from the comfy beds.
Other than that I had no other comments

Booked this hotel for the views and got that plus a bit more. The room was perfectly modern, pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. Great bed and shower! Plus a fantastic view.

The room I paid for was not available when I did the check in so the guys at the reception offered me a standard double bed one, other than that no complaints. The rooms have been renovated so they look more attractive and comfy!

I wasn't expecting it but the place is nice, clean and good smell. The workers are friendly and helpful.
Nice restaurants and the location is the best... They deserve more than 5 ⭐

I spent there 1 night. Because I’ve got few meetings that day I forgot watches there, but manager added me and sent back to my home by theirs delivery. Don’t worry guys they will take care of you. Big, nice and clean room. Not far from coco park / futian.

Excellent hotel! Service from Chen was the best.
Small improvements on the breakfast and toilet could be made to support international travellers. Example, having coffee and more meat served. Toilets should have bidets.

Hotel was great. Reasonable prices and good location. The floor was without the carpet (renovated rooms only but you can check it from the photos) so I feel it’s more clean. Staffs are very kind and the robot delivers the food. The lobby has a coffee shop and they accept cash.
