Nice stay

Very goood, super hotel for this money)

Not to mention the tattered towels, the wait for hot water took too long. It was already cold, and the child was naked waiting for hot water to take a shower. The child wanted to watch a cartoon and it cost 48 yuan. What kind of Lavande Hotel is this? Go grab the money! In addition to not turning on the air conditioner, it is extremely loud! The room was very small, and all the large bed rooms faced the subway. I couldn't sleep at 6 o'clock in the morning. The breakfast was very poor. Apart from fried noodles and fried rice, there was basically nothing else to eat, not even milk.

The corridors of the hotel are very old and there is no air conditioning. The environment is cluttered. There are not only hotels but also various offices and clubs in the same building. It is very messy. In addition to the tenants, there are various foreigners in the elevators. Anyway, I feel very unsafe. The rooms also have smelly services. The back of the bed was stained with hair, the sheets had pink stains, the TV background board was moldy, and the floor was dirty and sticky.

This is probably the Lavande Hotel with the worst environment and worst hygiene I have ever stayed at. The room was moldy and the chairs were terribly dirty. There were blood stains and yellow spots on the quilt. I was too tired to change rooms. The hygiene was not as good as some hotels costing 100 or 200 yuan! Choose carefully!

The hotel has average value for money, the price is not worth it compared to the service, and it is noisy next to the subway station.

The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The deluxe double room costs 285 yuan. After checking in, I found it was very noisy. The room is on the 0th floor and the window is close to the road. After double-checking that the window was closed, the noise from the vehicles was extremely loud and there was no way to rest. Basic conditions. When I called the front desk to change rooms, the attitude was also very bad. They replied that the deluxe double rooms are all on the roadside. There was no warning on the booking page or during check-in that the room would be noisy if it was on the roadside. It's okay to ask to change rooms, but we need to add 30 yuan. Later, we were told that because we had already checked in, we had to check with the housekeeper to confirm whether there would be an additional cleaning fee. The cleaning attitude was not good. When we came over to check it out, we were told that if the quilt was tampered with, a cleaning fee would be charged ( After checking in, I did change into the hotel's disposable slippers and lay down outside the quilt on the bed to rest for a while). The front desk was told that the front desk would contact us about changing rooms. After waiting for almost half an hour, no one contacted us. We called the front desk again and said that we needed to go downstairs to handle the matter. A total of 60 yuan would be charged for changing rooms (30 yuan for the room change price and 30 yuan for the cleaning fee). We agreed to change the room. After the change, The layout of the room is the same as the original room, but it is quieter because it is not close to the road. However, the hotel's facilities are also very average. The water in the shower room is slow, the wall lights can only be turned on but not off, and some furniture or cabinets are damaged. The hotel only has 1/10/11 floors, and other floors are offices of other companies. Overall, I am not very satisfied. This is my first time staying at Lavande, and I won’t be staying there again. The service is not even as good as a hotel with a hundred or two hundred dollars. Not recommended to stay.

酒店周邊很多吃飯的夜宵檔，需要過個天橋，距離萬科廣場很近，走路10分鐘，也可以在門口騎個共享單車，酒店地理位置很好，去哪裡都方便。酒店的裝修也比較適合年輕人，顏色新穎，智能設備。最重要的是價格實惠哈哈哈哈，還是可以的。

在大運中心附近，門口有停車場，就這一點來説在深圳還是很不錯的，房間挺大的，乾濕分離 該有的東西都有，洗澡的時候有個音樂會響但是關不掉，要是可以聽我自己的音樂就更好了，早餐的可選擇性不太多，建議可以豐富些，總體來説還不錯，性價比很高

酒店離商場挺近的可以逛商場吃吃飯，候機樓就在對面，附近很近有條小河，去跑跑步也是很方便的，位置離吉祥地鐵站很近，出門走一會就有公交站很方便，停車酒店門口可以停，衞生乾淨，房間的用品都是消過毒很乾凈，服務態度很不錯，挺熱情的，酒店大堂還有自助茶水，糖果，需要東西也會盡量提供 總體來講還不錯，還是個不錯的選擇
