This was the first travel to China since 2019. I've only seen two staffs total, but everything runs quite smooth and efficiently. Most of all, I was quite impressed by their concept of 健康睡眠. No wonder it is hotel by Derruci bed!

Very helpful receptionist, very clean, neat facilities and smell good in the air. Comfortable huge bed and pillow. Breakfast is not bad. It’s really worth it if you are going to have exhibition and find a cozy accommodation.👍 Only thing is the room got smoking smell…

Not even one speak English. Breakfast Is only Chinese (not even black coffe was available....). Hotel is new but old style... Mattress and pillows are VERY GOOD!!

The hotel is great, with brand standards! The waiters are also very friendly, from the front desk, guest rooms, to restaurant service. I was stranded here because of Typhoon "Capricorn", and the warm reception of Xiao Chen at the front desk helped me a lot in calming my irritable mood, and I especially praise it!

The room is new and clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and comfortable. It is convenient for transportation and parking. It is a good experience.

The room is large, with a strong sense of space, plenty of light, and complete air-conditioning facilities. Fruits and milk are provided to guests, and luggage can be stored at the front desk. There are robots that can deliver takeaways.

A very satisfying stay! The original booking did not include breakfast, but the hotel gave two free breakfasts and welcome fruit drinks, which was very unexpected! The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable, very good👍

The male receptionist was shirking responsibility. There was a dispute over the room allocation. The environment was bad. There was blood on the bed sheets. This was the first time I encountered such a bad hotel Wi-Fi network.

It's too good!!! The environment is super good. After I came in, they said they upgraded me to a suite. The massage chair and projector are free to use. It really saves people who are running offline. The lady and brother at the front desk are very nice! I haven't stayed in such a safe hotel for a long time. People who are running offline and exhibitions should come and have a look!!! It's a very good place! It's also very close to the International Convention and Exhibition Hall!

I booked a hotel temporarily to attend an exhibition. I had a good overall experience on the first night, so I stayed for another night. The hotel mattress and pillows were very comfortable! Friends who come to the Shenzhen New National Exhibition to participate in the exhibition can choose this hotel. The price may be cheaper if you book in advance!

When I came to participate in an exhibition, I couldn't book a double room, only twin beds. The front desk thoughtfully upgraded me to a suite, which was awesome. There was also a massage chair to relieve the fatigue of the day and it was so comfortable to sleep.

It's a very new hotel with a clean and hygienic environment. The service is also very good.
