This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Location is a short walk to the red line metro. Area has lots of food, bars, and entertainment. Staff were extremely helpful despite my inability to speak Mandarin. This will be the only hotel I am likely to stay in when I visit Shenzhen. Thanks for a great trip!

Service: The staff are polite and answer all questions. We upgraded the room. Very satisfied! (I booked a room after reading the reviews. I saw the negative reviews, but this is not the case!) Room: Neat, hygienic, simple, spacious, quiet, adequate air conditioning Bathroom: Bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry (very good) Transportation: The subway station is about 200 meters away from the hotel, about a 15-minute walk! This time I went to Longhua District for shopping, and taking a taxi was very convenient! Breakfast: There are many different foods available, including fried vermicelli, fried rice, vegetables, whole grains, bread, eggs, noodles, rice noodles, etc.! Would stay again and highly recommend!
