The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

Amazing services. We were having trouble using the DiDi App to locate a cab in front of the premises after checking-out, the receptionist was quick to catch on and came to offer help on getting us a cab. They even provided their name card and told us we can call back any time for them to help us locate a cab wherever in Shenzhen if needed. Moreover, it was a rainy day and they offered us an umbrella despite me being already checked out, and told us that we can take it with us without returning it. 5/5.

It is troublesome to pick up the car, and there is a mechanical parking space. 2.2 floor, the environment is relatively noisy, the sound insulation is not particularly good. 3. The room is too small, there is no room for activities, and the washbasin is in the room.

This hotel was an unexpected surprise. The pictures really are very accurate. The hotel takes up the second floor of a larger building. It is on a quaint local street within about a 10 minute walk from SeaWorld. Several little craft beer and cocktail bars just down the street from the hotel and some international restaurants as you get closer to SeaWorld. The bed was similar to what you would get at a major hotel chain such as Mariott. It was also nice to have a dual heating/air conditioning unit as it was the end of a cold snap in Shenzhen. The shower is large and has an overhead rainfall. The windows could be a better insulated for the sound outside. Fortunately the street is generally quite quiet. The only caution I have is to not rely on the hotel to call a taxi for you. I thought this would be easier than using Alipay or Wechat. However, when I came down from my room, I learned this is what the attendant used to call a taxi, which creates the problem of paying for the taxi. The taxi driver tried to be accommodating but in the end, I used Alipay to get a taxi, which now made me very close to missing the cutoff time for my flight. An unnecessarily stressful end to what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

I came to Shenzhen for 2 days. The hotel is close to the subway entrance and just across a residential area. It takes only an hour and a half to get to Dameisha Line 2. It is very convenient and does not need to transfer to the subway. The service attitude is good. I may stay here again when I come to Shenzhen in the future.

Yunjin Hotel is very comfortable and cost-effective. At first glance, it has just been renovated, the style is small and fresh, and there are flowers. The room is clean everywhere, the towels are sealed, and the stay is very safe. This time I was going to Shekou Cruise Terminal to take a boat, so I chose this hotel, which is very close by more than ten minutes by taxi. Two-bedroom and one-living suite, family travel is just right, children in the living room can play, the balcony can overlook Hong Kong, the night view is charming.
