The hardware of the hotel is good, Hong Kong's friendliness can be seen from the Jade Terrace, the mattress is hard and comfortable, and the hygiene of the new hotel is also acceptable. The location is close to the subway entrance and just behind the gathering place for Internet celebrities. There are also many food places nearby, which are close to the ground and delicious.
However, the lady at the front desk really has to look at people. I arrived at 3 o'clock and took the order and was told that the room may not be available today because it was full. I communicated with her that the room booked by Ctrip had a late check-out service, but she was told that it would not be included if we did not cooperate with Ctrip.
